Fantastic experience: Palm Property has been our rental agents for around 3 years and they have been amazing. Any issues we brought to them were solved instantly and they have been super communicative with every step. I initially went with a recommended property manager, but after weeks of not receiving my rental income and being unable to contact anyone, I was left covering all the property costs myself. Fantastic experience: Not actually a client of this company but have had a super positive experience with one of their property managers Penny Dennis. I attended an inspection she was overseeing, when my application wasn't successful I sent an email asking if she had any feedback. Even though its of absolutely no benefit to her, Penny went to the effort of giving me a call and took the time to walk me through the errors in my application. If her co-workers are anything like her you're in very good hands with this property management company.

Fantastic experience: I have recently started renting a unit managed by Bryony. From first meeting her at the viewing, to getting a contract signed to helping sort out any issues once moved in, she has been fantastic. Both her and Susan have done everything they can to make the move easy for me. Negative experience: As a home owner and complaining about the rental property that tenants have moved in near us since January, this realestate informs us they can’t do anything when in regards is about health conditions . I would not recommend as I wouldn’t want this to occur in our properties we rent . There’s a difference between a small issue to a serious health issue.would not look at this company as a home owner for rentals.. And yes our neighbours did email as we were BCC in on and even me following this up twice in a email with no response from Penny , so suggest check your many email threads and my calls to you. Please don’t pass this back onto us when this review is for owners of properties to see the way rentals are managed . Even stating the rentals are elderly so come on say the truth please

Fantastic experience: Our experience with Susan at Palm property group was exceptional. As tenants for two years every dealing in that time was exceptional, efficient. Professional and never one sided. I would say Susan and her team are the best in QLD and I would not hesitate to choose them as a renter or an owner.

Negative experience: Very poor experience with this agency. We were managing our property from overseas, which made it even more stressful dealing with them. Communication was inconsistent at best, and they often failed to keep us informed. When things went wrong with the house, they didn’t try to find cost-effective solutions they just sent out overpriced trades without offering alternatives. The pool issue was the final blow. We gave them the go-ahead to get it fixed, but they never confirmed when the work was done. We had to message them multiple times with no reply, and only after we terminated the contract did they finally acknowledge the job was complete. Their response after we ended the agreement? They told us our house had “too many issues” rather than owning their lack of action and poor communication. Since switching agencies, everything has improved clear updates, affordable solutions, and proper property management. Would not recommend this agency to anyone, especially if you’re managing a property remotely.

Fantastic experience: Palm Property Management was recommended to us to manage the renting of our property which at the time had been our family home, so we wanted an agency who we could trust to look after it for us and find us quality tenants. We met with Susan the owner of the business at our home and discussed with her our plans. She gave us a very professional presentation of the services she provides and her fees. I have had disaster property managers who simply didnt do their job, and allowing tenants to break a lease..resulting in losing 10 weeks rent....and having my property vacant ... Susan took over as my New Property Manager and with in 30 hours she had a Signed lease bond and rent done... Susan is also helping me with the break of lease that the other Property managers didnt do anything about it... Negative experience: Just have to comment, that Susan of Palm Man. has been a great agent over the year we rented the house. We have had a few experiences to compare that have been really horrific over past years as we have renting since 2007, but staying here has been a pleasurable as renting can be, and we have found that our periodic inspections never felt intrusive. Recomend Palm Property Management to anyone considering rentals offered via the agency, Susan treats tenants with respect and is very responsive and assisted with anything that arose in the term of our rental here in Maroochydore. Beware that no matter how well you look after a property, the incredible list of miniscule items, and never ending list of just the smallest little thing, took out entire our RTA bond refund to ZERO, and actually added a bill! Wanted to discuss this through the RTA, and the request to dispute the claim on our entire bond was declined. Not even willing to discuss it. Talk about the claim on the full bond not even being a matter that can be discussed. Wow, talk about unreasonable.

Fantastic experience: In late 2019 a family illness caused me to have to relocate to Europe from Australia to support my father in his fight against a tumor that claimed him in late 2020. Among the general upheaval of that year, it was a true stroke of luck I ran into an agent with the professionalism, conciseness, reliability and genuine human communication traits that Susan and her team exhibit. I had contacted a dozen agencies and pretty much all gave me a pro-forma spiel I could see straight through and my perception was immediately that they were not, in fact, paying any attention whatever to my needs but simply looking to get a property on their books and rented as fast as possible. She, however, listened carefully to my situation and its unconventional characteristics - then went about sourcing tenants for my property who were seeking short term leases on the Coast as it was unclear if at a moment's notice I would be forced to return to Australia. Her approach is extremely thorough, professional and kind, a trait many in the real estate industry grow to lack with aim of sticking any olde body in any property regardless of whether they would make a good fit or not.
