Fantastic experience: This was my sixth property purchase, so I’m very familiar with the process — but in the current high-growth, high-demand market, I was repeatedly missing out. Competition was strong, and despite doing all my own due diligence (flood maps, road noise, train lines, growth analysis), I was losing time and momentum. In a rising market, delay is expensive — and I estimate I was losing $10–15k per month by not securing another asset. Fantastic experience: Having recently sold my home to follow my long awaited dream to move to Brisbane from the Sunshine Coast it became increasingly obvious I needed professional help. Selling was time consuming, emotionally fraught and stressful and whilst juggling working full time I had little space left in my day to find my new home in a competitive and fast market I ignored everyone’s advice and decided to approach a buyers agent. Having spent $20,000 selling my current home (which really was the easy bit) it made sense to me that having a buyers agent was a worthy investment. It was the best decision I have ever made! Jack and Dianne were recommended by a real estate page on Facebook and with settlement looming I took the plunge. With a small deposit paid the search began immediately. Both Jack and Dianne asked for my brief (and it was admittedly a tad unrealistic) and also encouraged me to send through properties I liked to give them a better understanding of my requirements. I confess I bombarded them night and day with places seen sold / for sale that I liked. I think I confused the hell out of them as none really matched my brief - however they tirelessly worked away behind the scenes and were contactable 24 hours a day. I was able to access essential and hard to get information about certain properties such as price range, body corp info etc without having to contact endless agents giving me fast accurate and important information that helped me understand the market further which was empowering. Along with their professionalism, knowledge and excellent communication their approach was perfectly balanced by skilled guidance, without pressure allowing me to feel I was in control throughout the whole process. When “the one” came to me early one morning, a quick text was sent and within a couple of hours I received a comprehensive report about the property as well as an inspection walk through via video link with me from Jack. The negotiating was harrowing but I felt fully supported and updated at every stage during that day. I got the property of my dreams despite some very tough competition! Additionally, I actually paid less than some of the other offers and I was absolutely ecstatic!! I have no doubt without Dianne and Jack I would have lost my golden opportunity. My entire plan was about downsizing, being closer to my family and reducing my debts. I never imagined the result - being mortgage free, in my most favoured area a couple of kms away from my family…..Oh and a pool to boot? Nothing short of a miracle!!! No request large or small accommodated efficiently My story is still ongoing - settlement date is only a couple of weeks away however Jack and Dianne are still with me as I finally get to realise my dreams. Fantastic experience: Despair, acute anxiety, anguish, heartache - all were constantly filling my every moment. My daughter, 10,000 miles away and desperately trying to find a new home (having sold her own) was similarly stressed by the enormous hurdles in trying to find a new home. Working full time and living 1.5 hours away from Brisbane meant viewing properties was impossible other than at weekends. And by then the properties advertised in the week were sold. The Brisbane market for central properties within her price range was red hot - many investors similarly buying. And then - along came Dianne & Jack. Cool, calm, positive and on the case. 6 am my daughter sent them details of a unit she had seen advertised - by mid morning they were able to provide to my daughter videos of the property - a report on the Body Corp and detailed information on the unit including assessing value and likely bids and even comments on the contract. As a result of their fine-tooth combing and advice, an offer was lodged at 5pm that day (within the deadline set by the agent) and joy of joys - her offer was accepted. But the help from Dianne and Jack continued even after the offer was accepted - recommendations for removals, flooring contractors, - nothing was too much trouble.
