Negative experience: Pretty terrible. Raised concerns in writing about one of their agents Daryl Johnson and the manner in which I was treated as a young female buyer. The company completely ignored my concerns even though I attempted to follow up on the matter. Pretty disappointed.

In a recent Auction sale on my behalf their industry knowledge, marketing auction strategies and brilliant negotiating skills came the fore in selling my property within 5 days of releasing to the market and I am extremely impressed with their Auction process resulting in selling well before Auction day. They have a no nonsense, relaxed down-to-earth approach and are simply good people to be around and work with. Warren and Recce will not let you down!

Fantastic experience: Brad was fantastic when selling our townhouse. It was a difficult time to Sell with interest rates rising. But Brad never made us feel any pressure at all, he continued to do open houses and follow up prospective buyers until we sold. I know how hard Brad worked to get this sale and to make sure it was a good result. I would fully recommend using Brad if you are looking for an agent.

When first approached (along with 5 other carefully selected candidates) he seemed to be honest and down to earth. Our property was unique in several ways and he was 1 of the 2 agents who justified his high suggested asking price. It was a difficult property in a difficult market at a difficult time (Christmas) but Tony achieved a sale well within his suggested range. Tony also kept us informed (we were interstate) through the sale process which was made torturous due to circumstances beyond his control.
