Fantastic experience: I could not speak more highly of the team at Mulligan Property. It's my first time renting my house and they made the experience effortless. They were able to take photos while I was in the middle of packing and made the rooms look amazing in their online advert. One open home yielded enough applications to choose from and the tenants took possession only a couple of days after I moved out. Recently purchased an investment property for a client off market via Jesse and his team at their Wallsend office ( as I am a local buyers agent ). It was a 1000m2 property perfect for my client to consider a subdivision and a granny flat behind the existing house. Communication was timely and transparent. Jesse has been in the industry for a long time now and I have previously dealt with him a few times now as a buyers agent purchasing. Negative experience: They don't even deserve one star. If you are a single parent this real estate will intimate and bully you through your whole tenancy. They will ignore most requests for maintenance work, they are unprofessional and do not take into consideration of the landlords bad reputation. Fortunately for my daughter we fought and won our battle at the rental tribunal

Positive experience: I would give it five stars if Samantha Enright was still our property manager but she has moved on other than that great real-estate have no problems with them they have the most friendliest staff and can help you all your enquiries.

Negative experience: The house rented to me through mulligan property was an illegal rental and had black mould throughout, thankfully i got all my rent and bond back. However I have since seen this property listed again by mulligan property despite them being aware of the issues. Council was contacted and they advised that it is UNINHABITABLE.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful, professional & friendly

Negative experience: I contacted Jesse Mulligan multiple times to inspect a property and my messages went ignored. I questioned him as to why he wouldn't want someone to look at a property when they were willing to offer more than the current offer and he still refused to answer. When I told him I was considering taking it further as it appeared he was trying to keep the price low to sell to a friend, he still didn't speak to me, instead got his assistant to call me. To this day still would not speak to me himself. Imagine trying to sell your house, but having the agent palm off prospective buyers? I feel bad for anyone selling though him. I made contact with him one last time to get some sort of explanation, but he still didn't have the spine to respond to emails, texts, or take my call. I kept screenshots of the lot so he can't deny it later, and am passing all this on to the vendor.
