One Agency Results Realty - Real Estate Agents and Property Management

Negative experience: I'm writing a review about the property management part of Professionals real estate at Redbank Plains which they call "Metro West Property Management". But the shop front is Professionals. All I can say is I had the most horrible experience dealing with these people. Every other property manager I've ever dealt with have been angels in comparison. They were difficult to deal with, hard to contact and downright rude to me and I was their client paying them my money. So after just six months, when the first lease ended, I sacked them as my property managers. For this privelige they charged me TWO weeks rent. That's $840 just to cancel the agreement. Unbelievable. I will give a further example of their lack of service. During the 6 month lease, I dropped in on the neighbours whom I've know for many years. They pointed out that the grass had grown to half a metre or more high in my property. So I contacted Metro West/Professionals asking for them to deal with it which is their job right. However, their response to me was that I'm hassling the tenants and spying on them from the neighbour's house. So they refused to make them mow the grass. When they moved out, it had been cut (roughly) but they left two large garden beds full of weeds which they refused again to make the tenants rectify. They should be called Amateurs not Professionals. Wait, no, real amateurs would do better. I could say much more but that's enough. Please note that their good reviews relate to Patty Oldham. However Patty has since left, also very unhappy with them I'm told. So don't go there thinking you will get Patty to sell your property. If you want Patty look her up at Century 21 Ipswich.

Negative experience: UN-Professionals is what they should be called. I wish i could give 0 stars. Have been in the real estate industry with various properties - but this lot has been the worst group of individuals and team i have dealt with. Pathetic service. Very hard to deal with and a great regret.

Negative experience: Would not recommend them for property management, the condition they allow property to be left in is disgraceful. *update* Business response of ‘we are unaware of any current complaints’ - well I guess this just highlights lack of accountability and willingness to take responsibility. The principal was aware of issues, it seems the approach of simply ignoring calls and not returning calls is what the agency class as resolving complaints rendering them no longer current? The lack of integrity and professionalism is astounding.

Fantastic experience: From the very beginning of when we purchased our family home, Lois has been amazing to deal with. Her communication, work ethic, compassion, effort to help us and others, is the best I have ever seen in a Sales Agent. She has made our journey less stressful. If you are planning to sell your home, I highly recommend Lois!

Negative experience: My partner Natalie and I own a home which we entrusted this completely dishonest and unethical group of stereotypically dodgy realtors to manage. The last tenants we had left the house in a fair state, although all repairs and replacements could have been completed with the available bond. Rather than seek multiple quotes and find a good value provider, they went with expensive contractors (who surely must be their mates and must be receiving kickbacks) which chewed up the tenants bond, and then expected us to make up the shortfall! Included in their invoice was a $154 garage remote which is available on eBay for $15! When I suggested they have the RTA send the bond to us so that we could have everything fixed and the balance refunded to the tenant, they shut up shop and refused to reply to our communications. In essence they stole the tenants bond and left us to pay for the outstanding issues with the house. Sue and Shayne the sharks. Stay well away people. ADDIT: This bunch of crooks will respond to all negative feedback by claiming a fake review and that they never worked for us. Another example of their lack of ethics and professionalism. I'm happy to provide direct feedback to anyone considering the mistake of using Shayne and Sue to manage or sell their property.

Fantastic experience: They are so kind and very polite they are good at their job I love this group of people so far haven't got anything bad to say about them :)

Fantastic experience: We had an absolute nightmare of an owner to deal with that we were renting from. We had constant issues with maintenance not being carried out correctly, the house flooding with no meaningful compensation and then on leaving the owner trying to charge us for a multitude of things that were outright lies or simple wear and tear. HOWEVER, thank god we had Sue to deal with! Sue was an absolute delight and could not have been more understanding or pleasant. It was an uncomfortable situation for all of us but Sue handled it promptly and professionally and I am thankful it was her handling the dispute. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I was recently at town square and ran into karyn. I have done buisness with her numerous times with outstanding results. She mentioned what great listing they currently had on offer. Funny enough my wife and i were looking at buying investment propertys in the area. Karyn showed me what that had availble in another four weeks we will be the proud owners of another two propertys. We will also use these guys a our agent to rent out. I could not recommend a more professional agent than karyn and her team. You guys go above and beyond my wife and i are very thankful God bless.

Negative experience: Found the experience selling our home with Redbank Plains Professional - very disappointed and frustrating at most times. We had three part-time agents in my view uncommitted and our primary agent departing for holiday giving only hours before her departure. This was crucial in regards to organising our buyers and their bidding process. I will not be recommending this agency to anyone and warn anyone to think twice before trusting my property with these guys - There are hundreds of thousands of dollars in jeopardy, if I had my time again we would go elsewhere. Lessons Learnt people.

Fantastic experience: Up at the burrito bar the other night in town square and checked out the front window of professionals and some sales chick - Katrina or Karen? - parked her car right in front of me and had some file in her hand - said was I alright and said I was just checking out prices - she said just yell out if I needed a hand and just let her know I was trying to find out what the homes were selling for in RBP as my family are just maybe thinking about doing something down the track with the home. I think she was getting something signed up - A few mins later she came out and said I was keen to get some sales info - she sold a few and rattled off some prices and gave me her card and said to give her a call anytime if she could help. Pretty handy having the real estate shop at town square and she seemed pretty keen and knew a fair bit about what was happening so I reckon we will be in touch once we are ready. Was nice to get someone pretty happy to help out. Much appreciated.

Patty is a stand out. Her knowledge of the local area was fantastic. She knows the value of properties down to the last dollar. I’m glad she was on my side! Can’t recommend her highly enough!

Fantastic experience: We sold our property in redbank plains in Jan2019 through Karyn Fairbanks. We would like to state throughout the whole process that Karyn was brilliant to deal with and very pleasant to work with. It is clearly evident that she loves her job and puts an enormous amount of effort into any task she takes on. Her availability was exceptional and we always felt she was always working hard to get our property viewed by potential buyers. I was very satisfied with her work and should the option of hiring her again in the future present itself, we would be thrilled to do so.

Negative experience: I have been renting since I was 19 years old I am now 47...never have I ever had so many issues with a real estate before it was extremely hard to get any maintenance done it took 3 months to get my dishwasher fixed...one of the rooms downstairs had water running down the wall everytime it rained and the ceiling started to crumble...issues with the windows upstairs one you couldn't open because the frame would come off, the sliding door didn't shut properly and another one just balanced in the window frame, that is just a few of the things that were unsafe...I have just moved my family into a new home that is livable...i had to fix up 2 doors downstairs to get my bond back and they said they were not good enough because I used a new roller and it left a bit of fluff on the door so they charged me $175 to repaint them...what a joke...the paint on the ceiling in the kitchen and dinning room is flaking and falling off extremely unhygienic where there is food involved there is mold in the cupboard downstairs from the rain leaking in and they are worried about fluff on the door...i have never dealt with such rude people before...I would not ever recommend renting through this real estate they don't care and they don't listen!!!!

Negative experience: Unprofessional Real Estate Agent is the real name. They didn't do a proper selection of tenant. Our tenant left the property and caused some damage on our property. We decided to terminate the contract. We were charged for management fees when there is no rental income!! Go elsewhere if you are looking for agent who looks after your investment.

Negative experience: Renting with these guys is a nightmare they up ur rent no maintenance will be carried out extremely rude stuff they dont give you the time of day to explain problems. Highly recommend not using this company.

Negative experience: What a mob of idiots. Sue doesn’t know how to return phone calls or get a Tennent out of a property in the timeframe given. I would recommend using another agent as this mob are useless!
