Negative experience: 1 star was the least that was available otherwise I believe I would rate Image Really in minus stars. I have being specking to Ms. Rene so that I can return the keys to her for the property that my family took on lease and she does not even have manners of how to talk to people. I believe Image Realty should appoint new staff members as she is an annoying person to talk to.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with Image Realty managing my investment property. When my property was managed by Paige, the service was professional, proactive and communication was excellent. Unfortunately, after she left, the level of service declined significantly despite continuing to pay management fees. The biggest concern was a roof leak that was reported by my tenant but was not acted on or communicated to me until the day the tenant vacated. Once I was informed, I arranged for a tradesperson to attend within two hours, and I was advised that the damage could likely have been significantly reduced had the issue been addressed when it was first reported. The delay resulted in damage to the ceiling and carpet that required costly repairs. I was also disappointed that a routine inspection was not completed. Had it been carried out, issues including a leaking hot water system and the condition of the gardens may have been identified earlier, potentially preventing an excessive water bill and additional maintenance costs. The failures did not end there. The tenant did not vacate on the agreed date, and due to the condition of the property and the repairs required, my incoming tenancy was delayed by 10 days. This resulted in additional financial losses through lost rental income and remediation costs. Property managers are engaged to protect an owner’s investment and act promptly when issues arise. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I do not feel those expectations were met. I hope Image Realty reviews its internal processes so other landlords do not have a similar experience. Based on my experience I would not recommend Image realty to any property owner seeking competent, proactive or accountable property management

Negative experience: I had a truly appalling experience with Caitlin Pascoe during an inspection. Not only was she significantly late without a word of apology, but her customer service was nonexistent. She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and acted like being there was a massive inconvenience to her. The entire process was shocking and unprofessional from start to finish. I would strongly advise avoiding her if you value your time or expect even a basic level of respect. I went to the inspection not because I wanted to actually rent the property I was seeing what it might be like if I chose the agency to manage my 14 properties that I own. Will definitely not be happening now bad customer service not sure who decide to employ her but she genuinely does not like her job and didn’t even want to be there. Very bad look on the company as a whole. Not sure who thought she would be good at her job I see someone who is inexperienced and does not care or value people. Says a lot about the agency really bad worst I’ve seen in 40 years of owning properties.

Negative experience: Edit: after some investigation and people reaching out to me from my review i believe that this real estate is taking on to much work than what they can handle and it is making them extremely sloppy with their work, they also dont hesitate to use scare tatics knowing full well what the extent of what they can do within the law they will lie and manipulate in order to achieve their goals. Landlord has recently switched to this realtor, they were nice enough at first however it became quickly apparent they are mean and vindictive, they withhold bills untill the last minute then send the invoice with a notice that if it’s not paid within 3 days a remedy for breach will be sent, never having even been given an opportunity to pay other than 3 days before a remedy to breach is sent, I would not recommend this real estate to anyone renters or buyers as they seem to have no compassion at all and only care for their business

Negative experience: As a Renter: If I could 0 stars this company, I would. This agency has been the single worst part of my renting experience. The moment they took over, everything became hostile and unnecessarily stressful. They deliberately sit on bills until the last possible moment, then fire them off with threats of breach if you don’t scramble to pay within a couple of days. It’s manipulative, unprofessional, and completely devoid of basic human decency. Their behaviour isn’t just unpleasant — it’s destructive. They’ve pushed my landlord to the point of having to sell the property because dealing with them has been that unbearable. I wouldn’t recommend this real estate to anyone under any circumstances. If you value transparency, respect, or even the bare minimum of professionalism, steer clear!

Negative experience: Employed them to manage my property, advertised the wrong property, instead of our property they advertised a vacant block of land with the same address but different suburb!!!!! Not only that, did not listen to anything said, we have water tanks but they asked what was going to happen with the water bill.... i sent them documentation regarding the smoke alarms but too lazy to read it so phoned me to ask what is says, then asked about the rates notice when I had already told them not to worry about the rates, then decided they would have open homes when I told them that was not going to happen. Seriously incompetent, never got to speak to the property manager herself, absolute half wits... Sacked! 5 MULLERS ROAD REDRIDGE WAS WHAT YOU ADVERTISED ASA VACANT BLOCK OFLAND!!!!! Yes Libbie fiddled behind the scenes and the correct property was then advertised! So DISHONEST

Fantastic experience: Focus Cleaning has contacted services to Image Realty for several years. During this time I have always found the property management staff to be very professional, helpful and friendly. Their work ethic is a credit to Image Realty as they tend to stand out from the crowd.

Negative experience: I have had an awful service from image realty. They were my managing agent when I rented out my property then I agreed that they could have the listing for sale. Glen started off well but had stopped communicating for 3 weeks, and he acknowledged he’d let himself down. I then informed him that I would like to change agents which he accepted. He then emailed me telling that the styling that I had paid $5k for was being taken out. I informed him and the styling company sell sooner that sell sooner had not sent me their terms and please do not give them access to remove the styling. I sent emails texts and vms asking him to not give access. He gave access anyway today after ignoring my calls and did not supervise any damage when the styling was being removed. I was astonished that he had given the keys to my house following my express wish for this not to happen. I called up image realty hear office and explained the situation and asked to speak to the principal, nothing back from image either. Bad practices tend to come from the level of behaviour that the leadership are prepared to accept. Shame on you image realty.

Positive experience: We had a previous rental with Image Realty - Kim being our Property Manager, when the tenant got aggressive upon leaving the property Kim was there to advise and give me support. Fantastic experience: Where can I start. Image are so professional. Particularly Claudia is on top of her game. Unfortunately, the tenant had a break in. And Claudia was so well backed with information, that we cruised through the insurance process to get all repairs reimbursed. Apart from that even in matters of day2day management she is really really well organized. Never misses a beat. She is a very precious asset for the Image Realty. Negative experience: So disappointed, had an inspection at a beautiful property in Anstead well below our budget! We were so excited to check it out. GPS took us to the wrong area so we had to open maps to figure out where we were. No warning listed about the GPS difficulties with finding the property on the profile and no assistance when calling. I called the main number and the emergency option and Caitlin's number and was ignored. Finally found the property 2 minute following the end of the inspection and she drove passed us on the properties drive way and was dismissive and quite frankly rude. We tried to explain the issues we had finding the property and no one answering our calls and we felt nothing but distain from her. We would have been happy with her explanation of needing to leave for another inspection has she had any level of decency when delivering it. We won't be rebooking for an inspection and will not be looking at properties through this agency. If this is the way potential tenants are treated I'm concerned how the actual tenants are treated.

Negative experience: Signed up to do a viewing out at Laidley when I lived at durack got out there to view the house drove over an hour only to find out when I rang the Ipswich office and spoke to a rude bec that they'd cancelled it that morning and then was unprofessional in telling me that it wasn't there fault me going all that way

From the moment we met at the house inspection, it was clear that her role isn’t just about transactions; it’s about building a positive relationship with the tenants she serves. She took the time to chat with me beyond the scope of property matters, making us feel comfortable and valued. Throughout these months, she has been quick to address the few minor concerns we’ve encountered and consistently checks in to make sure everything is running smoothly. It’s rare to find someone in this role who genuinely cares about the people they work with, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have Bec as our property manager, truly an asset to Image Realty!

Negative experience: Very poor standard of property management. Do not recommend trusting your assets with this group, the staff moved from the LJ Hooker merge are completely hopeless and it has cost me thousands from inheritance of terrible tenants after buying a house through them with existing tenants who were marketed as ‘excellent and keen to stay on’. Yuck. Will not buy through, recommend or deal with these people again. Good riddens!

Negative experience: I had attended a few inspections with Caitlyn Pascoe, she was really helpful and is obvious she loves her job, she had given the agency a great image, but then I attended a weekend inspection with another property manager who gave immense attitude to me, and others who were in attendance at the same property. She refused to give her name and when I rang the agency on Monday morning to complain, the lady on the phone didn't know who did the weekend inspections. When I was approved for a property through them, they could not guarantee that she would never set foot on the property that I was to rent and still couldn't give me her name so I turned down the application, then I copped lip from the person who called me to inform me that my application was accepted by the owner. Seems like Caitlyn is the only staff member who isn't a narcissist. Good luck to anyone who rents through this agency.

Unfortunately she was removed as property manager and the next 2 property managers were extremely difficult to work with. Not replying to emails, txt or calls and not following up with maintenance issues. It was very frustrating and I really considered using another agency. But for whatever reason Claudia was reinstated as my property manager and I couldn't be happier. She always replies, follows up and makes sure my property is taken care of. She really takes the stress out of renting a property and I'm extremely grateful. I've been with them for 3 years now and as long as Claudia is on board then I'll continue to stay with them.

Negative experience: 10 out of 10 would not recommend image realty after 5 years of being a tenant I had called to discuss an issue I was having with Lizzie Knauseder at the end of my lease only to be told that all future communication must be done by email and then hung up on... I honestly couldn't be more disappointed with the "customer service" you don't hang up on people you finished the conversation like an adult! So don't bother with image realty they will not assist you but do everything they can to take your bond and tell you it's your fault so thanks Lizzie see you in court!

Negative experience: Horrible Real Estate I’ve ever had to deal with. Waited almost 3 months for them to clean and fix mould. Went without a shower during repairs without notice from realestate. They tried to seek costs for carpet and bond clean after we left the property spic and span. They took over 300 photos for the exit report, one including a piece of hair on the ground ahahaha I was speechless at how petty this realestate is. They were clearly mad I took them to court for the mould they thought we enjoyed inhaling ‍♀️ Turns out I wasn’t the only person disappointed with the realestate as the owner no longer wanted them managing the property. I dealt with Claudia, Bec and Jody. All agents were rude, useless and have poor management. Goodluck if you decide to work with this realestate.
