Fantastic experience: A stress free sales experience . We had been keeping an eye on the market for a while before deciding to list our property, so we knew Ryan Broadhurst from Belle Property had negotiated a lot of sales in our area. After meeting with Ryan we were confident that he had the knowledge and experience to be able to successfully market our rural property. Ryan provided us with a well researched and detailed valuation and marketing plan for our property and secured a sale within the expected price range. We didn’t expect it to sell so quickly but we think Ryan’s local knowledge and extensive contacts made all the difference. A lot of thought and effort went into the marketing materials and Ryan also helped us navigate council requirements associated with the sale of a rural property. Despite our sale taking place over the Christmas/New Year period, Ryan was always responsive and able to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend Ryan and the Belle Property Team if you are selling a property in the area.

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional and unethical conduct by Aaron Papahatzis. What makes this situation particularly shocking is that Aaron was responsive throughout the entire process — until it actually came time to matter. As soon as we advised that we were ready to exchange, communication stopped entirely. The following day at 4:55pm, we received a call advising that contracts had been signed and a deposit taken — we were gazumped by $10,000. We were never given the opportunity to increase our offer, despite being ready, willing, and able to proceed immediately. As a result of this handling, we are now out of pocket for solicitor fees and building and pest inspection costs, all incurred in good faith. This lack of transparency and professionalism caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and avoidable financial loss. Buyers should proceed with extreme caution.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst property managers ever! Had two tenants in the last 9 months as the first stopped paying rent. Jenna didn't even update me on the situation, she only mentioned it when I called two months later regarding another matter. Zero communication. **Reply to your comment FACT - I called Aaron and asked him to terminate my contract with Belle due to the poor quality service received. FACT - There was no update from Jenna via phone or email advising me my tenant stoped paying rent, still owed 2k FACT - When the tenant stoped paying rent, there was no payment plan in place. I was told they were paying dribs and drabs. Never met more incompetent property management

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic! I could not fault the service we received from Belle Property. Aaron used his extensive experience and expert knowledge to put together an effective marketing strategy and accurately value our property. He also give us tips on what to do to our property to achieve the best possible price without over capitalising. Fantastic experience: I have been a landlord for a little over 30 years and during this time I have had experiences with many property managers. I’ve learned that paying a higher commission does not necessarily get you a better service. It usually means that particular firm is too comfortable taking your money. Nine or ten years ago I started looking around for another property manager because my current one, at the time was being tardy, not looking after my tenant and not looking after me. Too many things were falling through the cracks so I visited a few rental open houses because that is the best way to see how an agent presents themselves and treats people walking through the door. This is how I met Ms Rachel Walsh, who, in my opinion is the best person I have known in the property management sector. Since transferring my rental properties to be under Rachel’s eye I have had excellent service and I have followed her as she has changed agencies. Rachel now works for Belle Kingston/Queanbeyan with her very capable colleague Jenna, who is also an excellent property manager. I really appreciate being kept in the loop and I like the way my tenants are listened to for valid issues. In conclusion I can’t recommend Rachel and Jenna highly enough if you are looking for a decent honest property manager who’ll not charge you a fortune As well as adding unwarranted ‘admin’ fees or a ‘stamp’ fee in a day and age where everything is done electronically. I am very very happy with Rachel, Jenna and Belle property management of Kingston/Queanbeyan.
