Negative experience: I recently asked about a commercial property being advertised on 98 High Street. As a genuine buyer, I really think the way one of your agent responded to enquiries from costumers is sub standard. I just asked if the property had already been sold as the advertisement didn’t reflect the selling status. The agent just hang up on me.

Fantastic experience: After wasting 6 months with a different agency with poor communication who overall just did not care, I was in desperate need to sell a commercial building which was accumulating debt. I was contacted by Jon Stumbles within minutes of me seeking help via a post on Facebook. Jon was ready to help and he quickly referred me to his colleague Adam Sutton specialising in commercial sales. Adam called me and I explained the situation and the urgency to sell the building. We set up a meeting to inspect the building and he gave me all the right advice and information to sell. Adam quickly listed the building and by end of the week he had sent me a message saying that he had already got an inspection booked for the following Monday. Adam called me after the inspection and let me know the buyers had put in an offer which I accepted and he continued to proceed with the sale. Adam has been very helpful and accomodating to my needs and I am extremely impressed with his dedication, professionalism, efficiency and high level of communication. Negative experience: I rang Elders yesterday to let them know that my neighbour (their tenant) had not been seen for close to a week, the lawn was a foot high and the bins hadn't been brought in. I believed a welfare check was in order to ensure that there were not bodies dead on the floor. What I received from Kelly/Kellie in response demonstrated just what an unfeeling, uncaring individual she is. She told me that if I had a complaint I needed to put it in writing - she obviously hadn't been listening. I tried several times to get the message through to her, and then I swore at her (out of frustration) and hung up. A few minutes later I received a return call from her telling me that I owed her an apology for swearing. Given that my neighbours welfare could have been at risk, I owe her nothing but contempt. She is a disgrace. Give this agency a big miss and go to an agency who may have some feelings for their clients and the public. As a footnote, it turned out to be a false alarm, as my neighbour returned home (in good health) later that evening.
