Fantastic experience: Such an enjoyable experience to sell our home before it even went onto the market . Our agent Siobhan was very kind and helpful with great market knowledge and was also very easy to talk to and would communicate with us regularly. We sold the property before going to market with 2 quick offers and due to Siobhan's negotiation skills we were able to achieve a very good price for our home. Very happy overall.

Fantastic experience: If I could give Zoe 10 stars, I would. Zoe recently sold my property, which turned out to be a tricky sale. To say Zoe went above and beyond for me was an understatement. She kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions and helped me understand real estate and property jargon in a patient and professional manner. Zoe was also always up for a chat and a laugh, which I really appreciated throughout the whole process. Zoe is so trustworthy and is truly so dedicated and wants the best for her clients. Would 100% recommend her to anybody looking to sell or rent out their property.

Fantastic experience: Our story…the tenant had left the property in a state disrepair. After the initial 12 month lease it went It month to month for going on two years. We were powerless and our agent wasn’t interested. Disappointed is an understatement. After some discussion we mutually decided to part ways. Zoe’s company Fuse was recommended. We met with Zoe and explained our situation. Zoe took ownership immediately. The problems that had taken months to resolve with the previous agent were fixed in days. Oven fixed, toilet repaired, maintenance done and a coordinated approach with strata management. So what happened? Fuse presented us with a multi (8) year tenant agreement.. Great client great outcome and unbelievable property management. I would be happy to talk to anyone wanting a great property manager. Well done Fuse well done Zoe.

Negative experience: Threatened to evict over a small speck of dirt, horrible people, go to another agency AVOID

Negative experience: I’ve been counting down the days to be released from renting through Fuse Property — which probably tells you everything you need to know. In short: disorganised, unresponsive, and at times genuinely concerning in how tenant issues were handled. 1. Inspection Report Inspection finally happens in November… for a lease that started in January. That’s not late, that’s archaeological. The report itself? Never sent. Never signed. Just vanished. At this point I assume it’s somewhere with all the other things that were “on the way” — like responses to emails. 2. Key issue One working key. The rest were the shape of bananas. Photo proof provided. Completely useless. So the main entry point became the laundry door — which really adds that “I live here, I swear” vibe every time you get home. Raised multiple times. Fixed exactly zero times. 3. “Pet-Friendly” Tried to make basic, temporary safety fixes to the yard at my own cost so my pets wouldn’t escape or hurt themselves. Response: absolutely nothing. Not a yes, not a no — just ghosted. End result: unsecured yard for the entire lease. “Pet-friendly” here seems to mean “we won’t stop you owning one, but we won’t help you keep it either.” 4. Evaporative Cooler Instructions ranged from confusing to “have a crack yourself.” Including copy-pasted advice that strongly hinted I should get on the roof and sort it out. When I asked for clarification — mainly because I’d prefer not to die fixing someone else’s property — the tone turned sharp pretty quickly. Nothing like being made to feel like a problem for not wanting to risk your neck over a pseudo aircon that doesn’t work on hot days. 5. Rent Increase Rent goes up above CPI. I ask for another fixed-term lease so I can actually plan my life. Response: they’re “not sure what the lessors are doing.” Ongoing for months. Righto. 6. Bathroom heater Bathroom heater broken from the start — not the whole house, just the one room where you’re wet and freezing. Logged in May. Followed up in June. Fixed in July. Middle of winter. Below zero. Lease says heating is urgent. Apparently bathroom heating doesn’t quite make the cut — more of a luxury item than a necessity. Meanwhile, the property is currently advertised with ducted heating — which is bold storytelling given my lived experience. 7. Poor comms Emails go unanswered. Maintenance requests disappear into the app like it’s a digital bin. And when you do get a response, it’s not helpful — it’s weirdly combative. Simple questions somehow turn into tense back-and-forths, like you’ve personally offended someone by expecting them to do their job. It’s not just bad communication — it’s a proper effort. You almost have to respect how consistently unhelpful it is. 8. Electrical Hazard Reported a short circuit and loss of power on 1 Jan. Emergency number? Rings out. Message left? Ignored. It honestly felt like the entire office had just packed up for Chrissy, and thought “she’ll be right” whilst someone sat in the dark for days. Mmm no back up? No response. Nothing. Turned out they had provided the wrong emergency contact number over the entire Xmas period. My final thoughts Individually, these things are frustrating. Together, it’s a pattern: delay it, ignore it, push back on it, repeat until the tenant gives At no point did I feel like a tenant. More like a direct debit with rights — and voicing those rights weren’t appreciated. There also seem to be fewer one-star reviews floating around than there used to be, while the five-star ones paint a skeptically different picture. Draw your own conclusions. From a tenant perspective: exhausting. From a landlord perspective: you’d want to have a proper look at what’s going on behind the scenes. Would I recommend Fuse Property? Only if you enjoy breaking into your own house, chasing basic fixes and wondering if anyone’s actually in charge

Negative experience: Interesting to read your review Grant Vassey as on vacating my rental property i had cleaned to a high standard and reduced to tears by the agent on what still needed to be done - referring to cobwebs due to no pest spray ever being done during my rental period, tiny mark on the carpet which was there when I moved in and grass that had not grown to the same level as when I moved in - funny that I moved in Spring and vacated in February following Summer and no rain. I was then made to pay more than $500 to the agent to spread grass seed and top soil - which I had already done in good faith prior to vacating.... The agents were all terrible to deal with - non communicative and definitely do not work in favour of the tenant. I'm glad I never have to rent again as a result of such a bad experience with this real estate agent !! I wish I could give less than 1 star also !!!

Fantastic experience: Exceptional Agent and Team. Zoe and the team at Fuse are the best agents I've ever dealt with! I started out with Fuse managing a property on my behalf and the level of communication, the transparency and clarity of matters going on with my property was exceptional. Payments were on time and accurate which is critical, and the property was managed as if Fuse owned it. After this I engaged Zoe to help me sell the property and it felt like real partnership with Zoe often going well above and beyond what I would expect of an agent. We achieved the outcome I was seeking and closed out the sale in 2-3 weeks. Added to this Zoe and the team are professional, friendly and most import, they are human in their dealings with all parties. I can't thank Zoe enough!!!

Negative experience: All of the bad reviews are absolutely true. We have experienced everything that has been said. Extremely poor customer service right from the start. Forced to sign the contract at the last possible minute leaving no time to resolve any issues. House was not clean or vacant as the landlord still had things stored in the garage and kitchen. Bins in the kitchen full of rubbish. Pet hair on the lounge room curtains. Filthy tiles complete with a sticky patch. After complaining to the agent it took a week for the landlord to do anything about the garage after that there was a skip bin in front of the garage door for 8 days. We were never offered any compensation. No maintenance requests were completed unless it was an electrical fault. Fuse property will not return emails or phone calls. Called 3 times in one day to speak with Zoe and got 3 different reasons as to why she wasn't available. Including she just stepped out, she is on her lunch break, she doesn't work Mondays. We have thankfully moved out of the property so we will never have to deal with this real estate agency again. Wish I could give less than 1 star.

Negative experience: This is the worst real estate agency I have ever dealt with and would not recommend them to anyone. Such poor customer service and overall experience renting a property from them. We could not get a single thing fixed that was not electrical. Not one phone call was ever returned and no emails were ever replied to. We were never supplied a water efficiency certificate and after over 12 months renting the property were issued our first water consumption invoice. We questioned this as none of the showerheads met the minimum water efficiency standard as we discovered after paying for our own independent test. Once we raised this with the agent we were told they were still waiting on the findings but we were still liable for the invoice. We called and emailed multiple times regarding this issue but did not receive any response. From the first week renting the property it became apparent that the gas cook top was burning the edge of the bench surrounding one of the burners. We reported this but never received a response and this was never fixed. We were unable to use that side of the cook top for the entire time we rented the property. There were countless other issues during our time renting this property, we have thankfully since moved out.

Fantastic experience: Like the friend you need during a sale. I can’t describe how supportive and helpful Zoe was during the recent sale of our house. She went above and beyond so many times to ensure it was ready for open homes and buyer inspections that I lost count.

Fantastic experience: Zoe is the GOAT as both a PM and as a selling agent. After horrendous experiences with some past property managers, I came across Zoe and was immediately impressed. Her knowledge and experience shines from moment one, but it is her human skills that impress most of all. Zoe was quite simply the best PM we have ever had - and having had multiple IP's over the years it is a long list of possible contenders. When it came time to sell, I didn't even look elsewhere. Zoe and I discussed improvements to the property to get it market ready, and then she coordinated numerous quotes and access for trades etc. Zoe is an absolute jet. She goes way, way above and beyond what a typical agent might provide. Zoe had the property under offer after the first open, such is her proactive approach to her database of buyers and her manner with those attending opens. Whether it is managing the property for her landlords, or selling them for her vendors, Zoe makes the process stress-free. We achieved a sale price exactly where we intended it to be, setting a complex record for our property type. If you need a PM, or a selling agent, reach out to Zoe and her team. We feel blessed that she came into our life when she did. Quite simply, Zoe is the GOAT.

Negative experience: I rarely post a negative review, though this, I believe, is warranted. There are many things that can go wrong with renting, but most property managers I've experienced have been reasonable and proactive in finding a solution. Zoe Stead is extremely deceptive and sneaky. I don’t recommend being a tenant of fuse property. Beware!

Fantastic experience: Such an easy decision to go with Laura who made the process of the sale uncomplicated.

Negative experience: Renting with Fuse Property was probably one of the worst rental experiences I have had as a tenant – it’s shocking that there are so many positive reviews from other tenants. Everything felt like a fight – from getting maintenance completed, having routine inspections and completing end of lease. On many occasions I had to send follow up emails and chase responses – I even had to remind them to complete a follow-up inspection (3 months after they said they would BE REQUIRED to complete it). As a small real estate, I think they’ve taken on more than they can handle, and this is showing through how they treat their tenants. Discussions with our property manager, Zoe, left you feeling over-whelmed, with Zoe having an unprofessional attitude on multiple occasions. And of course, this real estate will do the most to get money from your bond and attempt to overpower you as they “know the rules”. If you need to sign a lease with them, make sure you know your rights and get advice from NSW Fair Trading. Just happy to be able to put the year of renting with them behind us. After we submitted a claim for the bond, this real estate made us wait out the full 2-week period to receive the money. You can bet they didn’t bother to contact us with their previous ‘concerns’ once we had submitted the claim.

Fantastic experience: The best communicators, will go above & beyond for a client, always prepared to help in whatever way they can. This says alot about how they work. Have dealt with a few Real Estates (Rentals) these guys are the only ones who actually give a shit. Zoe & her team are the best thing since sliced bread. Nothing is a problem, even when your heating dies at the start of winter, a week later we have a brand new one. They are prompt, efficient, personable & genuinely bloody great at what they do. Zoe is an absolute angel to deal with......any wonder her team is so professional with her as their boss. If EVER you need a Real Estate for buying, selling, renting or whatever I cannot recommend Fuse Property enough. They are the best.......if only other Real Estates could follow the high benchmark Fuse has set.

Negative experience: Zoe is unbelievably unprofessional and rude. Zoe was caught out lying directly to a tenant and now will not respond to emails and the bond has still not been released. Do not use this company. In response to the owners response to my review- THIS MATTER WAS NEVER REVIEWED. We do not have one email from you! Yet you are able to respond with more lies to a public review. The “external professionals” did not even enter the property and you were send physical evidence of this.

Negative experience: Now I’m not renting through these people I can warn you to NEVER sign a lease. These guys are lazy, rude, and honestly, the worst agency I’ve ever been through. If you look at these reviews the 5starts are from property owners and friends and family. 10/10 never again. DONT DO IT, they will make your life hard and will fight to keep your bond no matter how bad the property is before you move. (I think the ombudsman may be interested) NO star, maybe respect the renters some time hey?

Fantastic experience: Would recommend Zoe as your agent any day of the week! This is the second property Zoe has sold on my behalf and she has proven herself again. The sale was complicated with a last minute request by the buyer (complicated by strata rules) and lack of communication from the solicitors, so Zoe stepped up and moved the sale along liaising with strata, solicitors, contractors and myself to ensure everyone was on the same page. I thoroughly appreciated her efforts to make sure the sale moved along, and again she got me more than what I expected. She is respectable and reliable and an absolute brilliant agent.

Fantastic experience: We called Zoe on a recommendation of a friend and are so happy we did. We don't live locally where our unit is and needed someone to handle the whole process. I organised a cleaner and carpet cleaner and Zoe oversaw the cleaning ensuring a professional job was done. She then followed up when council wasn't delivering the necessary documents for the sale. The unit went on the market on the Tuesday, we had an offer on Wednesday another on Friday and by Monday we had accepted the offer which was at the full price. Zoe handled all of the negotiations, communicated with us on a daily basis and had everything finalised with contracts exchanged in under two weeks. We couldn't be happier with how Zoe handled the whole process. She was extremely professional, thorough, kept us up to date with what was happening and made the experience stress free. We would recommend anyone looking for a real estate agent to speak to Zoe at Fuse Property.

Negative experience: Unprofessional and the worst real estate agent to deal with. The most disgusting human being I’ve encountered so far. Will get hold of your bond for no reason at all and will ask you to clean the dirt in the property that has been there for ages. There are reputable real estate in the area so give yourself a favour by avoiding this one at all cost.

Fantastic experience: The owner and staff at fuse are awesome they have always gone above and beyond to make sure that renting with them is easy and goes smoothly. We have had Zoe as our real estate agent for 10 plus years now and have always found her to be fair and reasonable in the making of decisions and handling any issues that may have arisen in that time. We have just had the chance to meet Machaela at our last inspection and she was lovely and acted promptly in handling a small maintenance issue we had. Overall couldn’t recommend fuse strongly enough for anyone looking to rent buy or sell a property.

Fantastic experience: I was renting privately and was given 5 days notice to move out. Zoe went above and beyond to find me a place, she arranged inspections after hours and took me through privately, this made an extremely stressful situation go very smoothly! She helped the process of getting my pets approved by the body corp as well! I have now been in this unit Zoe secured for 8 months and i couldn't be more satisfied with the service. The air conditioner stopped working and was replaced within 48 hours! Amazing service highly recommended!
