Negative experience: Edit 30/10 James Scarborough the director has harassed us threatened us and made false misleading comments on a public forum and slandered us to other agents and made false misleading comments to them aswell ! Be very careful with this agency as they have completely destroyed our lives our reputation and trying to drive us out of bundaberg !! You have made our family homeless James !! DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENT ! After being homeless with my children , they approved us for a house , signed the lease agreement , we paid the bond and 2 weeks rent and then 3 days out from key pick up thinking our homeless nightmare was over have turned around and pulled the lease , abused us threatened us made rude disgusting defamatory comments from the owner via phone call and in emails told us if we go into their office they will call the police ! This has been a heart breaking devastating and incredibly demoralising experience ! How can you treat a homeless family like this !!

Michelle has the attitude, and personality to guide you through, not only your 'Leasing Agreement ' but also guides you h with the upkeep of the property. Fantastic experience: Peter is the best real estate agent in Bundaberg. . We listed our investment property with Peter Lawrence and right from the start, he knew about the new sellers disclosure statement and had us contact our solicitor to have this completed before listing the property. In the meantime, he and another ANP team member visited the property and gave us an appraisal and advice on little things we needed to do before listing. Peter arranged for an open house as soon as the property was listed. The open house was a Saturday and was well attended due to Peter's hard work. Interested buyers put in their best offers and a buyer was found by Monday afternoon Peter was great to deal with and we are grateful.

Negative experience: I’m quite appalled by the interactions that I’ve encountered with this company. And after seeing the way they respond to people not only in person but online I was gobsmacked at how unprofessional they can be. I’m glad I chose not to list my properties with them. I’ve never come across a real estate with such a childish manner, it was just so strange.

Negative experience: This real estate is the worst not only abusive and lazy the storage shed they advertise as monitored and full security is not the fact that they use electricity company locks that have thousands of keys use be the public they had one lock on a garage door the was only riveted on. The storage shed was broken in to they knew 48 hours beforehand by police and it was a storage shed holder that informed them the real estate and security played stupid they knew about it and did nothing then they left it unsecured unlock and everything was broken in to and stolen it took them days to bolt a lock on to the same broken door and still didn't inform the other people that there stuff has been stolen. Don't go to this real estate they are lazy selfish and will not look after your interests they are not worth it. If you are one of the shed holders that got broken in to then join the others in suing the real estate and security company it's on there website as fully secured and monitored. This has been screen shot so it's used in court they can't change the website.

Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed with the communication. I reached out to the realtor, James, multiple times about a property he had been repeatedly emailing me about. Despite trying to contact him via phone, text, Facebook, and email, I received no response. It seems like they’re not truly interested in selling after all.

Negative experience: Do not use the property management of this business they do not return calls or emails worst management team I have ever came across

Negative experience: Very bad service with poor response, I have enquired a property in McNeilly street, Svensson Heights, in 24th May 2024, however the agent just sent me a price information and then didn’t pickup my phone, I have to call the office, and hopefully talked to the agent, but front desk passed my message( I don’t know if she passed or not) . 2 days passed, no one call me again to discuss the offer, and turn out to be the property has been sold.

Negative experience: Owner of the house was constantly turning up no notice or warning real estate did nothing about it real estate never got any maintenance done on the house despite several request to do so I do not recommend at all

The very first Inspection i done i was greeted by Property manager Krystle and ended up renting multiple properties through her over the years. At that time i was only starting out renting and cannot thank her enough for giving me the chance to rent through her. Negative experience: ANP is the worst real estate I have ever rented through. I got shafted for the bill to fix things that were already wrong with the property before I moved in. I have never lost any portion of a rental bond before renting with ANP who thought it necessary to take more than 50% of my bond with them. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
