Negative experience: Avoid and thank me later. Very poor communication like others said. Owner is so rude. Don't know what they're doing
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback Dan.
We take concerns about communication and service seriously. However, your review does not identify the property, matter, or staff member involved, so we are unable to properly investigate or respond to the concerns raised.
You have also referred to the “owner” being rude. As the owner of the agency, I am unsure whether you are referring to me personally or to someone else within our business. If you are referring to me, I would appreciate the opportunity to understand what occurred, as I take that feedback seriously and would like to address it directly.
We are always prepared to discuss genuine concerns and work towards resolving them. Please contact our office with some further details so we can identify the matter and look into it properly.
We believe our clients deserve clear communication and professional service, and we welcome the opportunity to address any situation where we have fallen short.

We understand that selling a much-loved family home is about more than just the transaction. It was important to us to recognise and communicate the history, character and unique qualities of the property so that the right buyer could appreciate what made it special.
We’re particularly pleased to know that the new owners are very happy in their new home. It’s wonderful to see the property move into the hands of another caring family who will look after it and become the next chapter in its story as part of Bundaberg’s history.

Negative experience: Your communication skills are not up to standards.

I am unable to locate your name in our CRM to assist further - this is the area we leave all enquiries and client contact (excluding rental applications). Please feel free to contact me on 0457 473 173 to resolve your concern immediately nas client first communication is vital to our agency. Fantastic experience: My husband and I have just sold our home through JUST US REALTY, Sharon is the best and most honest of agents you will ever find along with Vanessa and Brodie's help. They made everything easy with a fantastic end result for us, Good luck Sharon and team with future sales Thank you
Thank you so very much Kerrie and Ian, it was an absolute pleasure working with you both through this time and to help you with your future plans and Real Estate goals. We hope you have an amazing holiday and all the best in your new location. All the best from Sharon and the team including Brody and Vanessa
Negative experience: Very disapppointed with Just Us Realty especially with Sharon Golding the managing agent who took over the management of my property from Realway Bundaberg. We have recently sold our investment property and Sharon did not pay us correctly the rent as per their ledger provided. I have emailed her and the office but did not got any reply as to why the amount of $ 296.91 was not paid and withheld by Just Us Realty. The rent for 2 weeks was $790 and they only paid us $ 493.09 Up this date, no response on my email and my property had been sold 2 weeks ago. I have called the office as well and no one wants to talk to me as the property management was taken by another agent from them after sale. Very poor customer service they have.
Hi Roda, sorry to hear that the explanations provided regarding how much a tenant has paid towards rent and outstanding water invoices was not suitable as it does not match what you want this to - we will not be able to satisfy your concern and query.
We recouped the water invoices due up to settlement after we personally read the meters, invoiced the tenants, recouped funds up to settlement and including invoices from 2023 due from the previous agents management. I understand this is still not enough and sorry that I am unable to make the ledgers match the rent due vs what the tenant has paid.
I'll try to email again and resolve your query. Regards, Sharon
Negative experience: Not impressed at all. Just Bought a house from these guys. When putting in an offer we were pressured into presenting a higher offer despite our original offer getting accepted in less then 2 hours. A plumber that was fixing an issue that should have been addressed already then cracked a tile in the bathroom and the real estate did not inform us at all or send the report that we were promised. We were also told that the lawns and gardens would be maintained at our house viewing just to be told on settlement in quite a rude manner that it was not happening and it was our problem now. If you want a stress free, friendly environment to purchase a house I would not recommend this company.
I would like to note for viewers that this is the same couple whom has left the feedback from Jayden Wright and not another property for multiple concerned buyers. I am apologetic that you were not happy with the process and hope that you enjoy your new home following the settlement and the $20k reduction received.
Inviting to come in to review the offer and contract to present to the seller is not the same as an offer being accepted. The plumber was out of our control as we requested further details and they liaised directly with the seller - this should have been through your solicitor as well for future reference as it was out of our control as we did not organise the plumber. All the best. Sharon
Negative experience: Bought a property from these guys absolute nightmare refusing to take offers back to the seller then when settlement came around they proceeded to tell me that the lawns and gardens would be done but as soon as it settled they back tracked and said no. Very unprofessional would recommend avoiding if you are buying or selling
Hi Jayden, I took all offers to the seller to discuss and the seller was intending on mowing the lawn all week. Out of our control. Negotiations were discussed and approved throughout conditions of the contract. Happy to discuss further as we have been in regular contact & would be happy to discuss if there are any concerns that I can try and resolve. It is a shame when the expectations of the buyer that is not part of the contract falls on the Agent.. Regards, Sharon
Fantastic experience: We had an excellent experience with Sharon and the team at Just Us Realty when selling our house. From the moment we engaged her services, Sharon kept us well-informed and provided invaluable advice. She guided us through the paperwork with ease and efficiently organized the marketing campaign. Once the property was on the market, Sharon skillfully navigated the multiple offers, helping us select the best one. We’re truly grateful for Sharon’s professionalism and outstanding service throughout the process.
Thank you very much Symon, thank you and Melanie for being long-term clients and I’ve been happy to help and support you both with your investment properties over the years! Regards, Sharon
Fantastic experience: She will sell your house! Sharon sold my house in record time for a higher price than I had anticipated. She kept me up to date during the process and was courteous and professional the whole way through. My personal experience was very positive and I would have no hesitation in recommending her. She also managed my rental prior to the sale and the house was well looked after.
Fantastic experience: Best of the best. To say that Sharon went above and beyond to help us with our sale, is an understatement. Not only did she secure a price for us that was well beyond our expectations, but she supported us in every way possible. Sharon worked tirelessly behind the scenes to clean up our property following a difficult tenancy. This was just part and parcel of the incredibly high standard of service that Sharon delivers. What a top notch professional and we can't thank Sharon enough. Highly recommended!
Positive experience: Great service. Thank you Sharon for helping me at a difficult time - the selling of my Mum’s house. I very much appreciated it.
Fantastic experience: We recently worked with Sharon to purchase our new home, and we were thoroughly impressed with her service and dedication. From start to finish, she looked after us with utmost care, ensuring our needs were met and our concerns were addressed. Her expertise and guidance made the entire process seamless and stress-free. We truly appreciated her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. We had been trying to buy for almost 2 years, having dealt with multiple other agents in town, working with Sharon was a breath of fresh air. Thank you again Sharon
Hi Ashley & Sky, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! It was truly a pleasure working with you both on finding your new home. I'm delighted to hear that you appreciated my service, dedication, and attention to detail. Knowing that I could make the process seamless and stress-free for you means a lot to me. Fantastic experience: Superb Service. We had an exceptional experience working with Sharon Golding to sell our property. Her professionalism, expertise, and dedication were evident from the start. Sharon communicated effectively, keeping us well-informed throughout the process and answering all our questions promptly. Her deep market knowledge helped us set a competitive price, and their strategic marketing attracted significant interest, resulting in a quick sale at a price that exceeded our expectations. Additionally, Sharon's negotiation skills ensured we received the best possible offer. We highly recommend Sharon for her outstanding service and commitment to her clients.
Thank you very much Adam and Nicole, It has been an absolute pleasure to work with you both the past 8 years, since 2016 you have supported me and my growing agency. Both property management and sales, thank you for entrusting my services - couldn't be where I am today without clients like you!
This last property transaction was great to receive a desirable outcome for both yourselves and the buyers moving into their family home after so many failed attempts with other properties and other agents. Great way to close the chapter - but you know where I am if there is anything I can help with in the future, please don't hesitate to contact - I'm only a phone call, text, or office space away. ~Sharon & The Team at Just Us
Fantastic experience: Highly recommend the team at Just Us Realty, we had a Commercial Building in town with 8 tenancies, Managed very capably by the team & the building has been recently successfully sold. Prompt action when any documentation required by other selling agent we had engaged in Brisbane. Just Us got the sale :) Prompt replies/responses to calls/emails/text. Can recommend as a commercial property manager- offices kept well tenanted. Good tradie knowledge & contacts, so any maintenance, repairs and replacements attended to in a timely fashion. Put the time in & personable, so sales as a consequence. Good administrative support Sharon is a straight talker. So in summary - we are very happy with the team.
Thank you very much Jackie and Bill for your review. Thank you very much for entrusting our services after the transition from your previous agency who had big shoes to fill with their honourable credibility and devoted service to allow us to continue with providing this service. As well as placing your complex with me for sale - it was fantastic to meet your goals and be able to support you through to the next focus of your lives. From the team and I, we greatly appreciate you allowing us to "do our job" and trust our guidance to promptly reach results. Reach out if there is anything we can help with in future! Enjoy the settlement gifts! Sharon and the Team at Just Us Commercial.
Fantastic experience: Amazing service and respect . My experience with Just Us Realty has been amazing from the first phone call. A bad experience with my old realtor had left a sour taste in my mouth and feeling like my questions and concerns were ignored but Just Us Realty have made me feel at ease and heard. They have provided me with all the information and experience that you can only get from certain agents. I’m so grateful that I’ve sign up with Just Us.
Thank you very much Karen for your review and continued support with the agency, the team and I are grateful to have you as a client and look forward to the continued support and rapport over the years to come. ~Sharon, Amy, and the Team

Fantastic experience: Fantastic agent and property managers. I have worked with Sharon and her team many times. A pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.
Thank you very much Matt for your review! Great to have great support from contractors to help an agency run much smoother! Sharon & the team on behalf of all our landlords and tenants @ Just Us ~ Realty & Commercial
Fantastic experience: Our family was working through a deceased estate period and seeking to sell a family owned investment property. Sharon was incredibly patient through the whole process. She was engaging, actively sought to work through solutions to benefit the family, and put in a lot more effort than she was ultimately compensated for though her commission in my opinion. This was not an easy sale. Sharon kept the family apprised routinely throughout the process, negotiated with clients and engaged repair people on our behalf. To complicate matters, and in addition to a contracting property market, there were conflicting interests and the property was some 30+ minutes from her home office. I'm sure I speak on behalf of our entire family in saying we are very appreciative for her efforts, patience and perseverance through the sale process. We highly recommend Sharon's Just Right Realty to anyone seeking to sell in the greater Bundaberg region.
Thank you very much for your kind words David. I’m glad I was able to assist you and the entire family throughout this time, it was already a difficult time, so everything I did was to try and make the process a little smoother for you all.
I hope you’re all well. FYI, new owner is now in the home and tenants have found a new amazing place to call home too.
Regards, Sharon
Fantastic experience: Very Helpful & Re-Assuring. Sharon worked very hard to make sure that everything went smoothly when purchasing this house. From the very first meeting at the open house to picking up the keys after settlement, any question was answered, any inquiry was checked & replied to. Sharon guided us through the whole process with ease & I would recommend Sharon to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house.
Thank you very much Andrew and Katy, I certainly hope that you have settled in well to your new home! It was a pleasure to work with you both and am glad that I could help your new home to settle into Bundaberg! Sharon & The team

Fantastic experience: Efficient and prompt communication. Thank you Shelley for your outstanding work.
Negative experience: I agree with Sara on this one. We were put into a house that was on the market and was promised that the agency wuld find us a house by the time it was sold. They failed to do that. We have also had 3 different property managers because they couldnt get their stuff together. When they lost one of thei property managers (Jude) everything went down hill for them. Sharon thinks her shi* dont stink and doesnt care about us renters. As long as shes selling houses filling up her pockets. I also welcome any repsonce on the review. So Sara i share your pain! EDIT AFTER OWNERS RESPONSE: I’m not here to defame anyone or the company. It’s the truth and we are entitled to free speach. I love how this is a sore subject for the company when they answered this one and not the review before mine. There was no help on the weekends. Are you kidding?? Two sides to a story
Marc, It is very disappointing that you feel that you must extend the truth about your situation due to our management. Spending time outside of work hours and on weekends to assist you where I could has clearly been unappreciated and I am not able to assist those who wont help themselves to reach your desirable outcome. Landlords have the ultimate decision on who they place in their property and not us. I wish you all the best moving forward and will continue to assist you finding alternative accommodation but cannot be solely responsible for this as we have minimal vacancies. Regards, Sharon Golding - Licensee of Just Us Realty
