Negative experience: 4th time this week they said they will get back to me and they never do, nor do I get the emails they send. Looked through spam everything and still nothing. I’ve never left a bad review on anything but real estate agents are annoying and untrustworthy

Positive experience: We have generally had a very positive experience renting through this agency. Sharyn and the staff have been professional and reliable, and the tenancy has run smoothly overall. Maintenance requests have generally been handled well and within a reasonable timeframe. There was one particular instance involving a maintenance report where we received mixed/conflicting messages between the maintenance contractors and Mana. Unfortunately, the matter became very confusing and was ultimately left unresolved for us, as we had to just let it go because it was taking up too much time and mental energy. Aside from that one issue, it has been a pleasure renting through the agency and we have been very happy with our overall experience, infact Mana is probably one of the best agencys we have dealt with .

Living in a property for a long time naturally comes with the occasional issue, and we’ve had a few different things come up over the years. What has always stood out to us is how Sharyn has handled these situations. She has consistently been approachable, responsive and willing to listen, communicate with the owners and follow things through rather than simply brushing concerns aside. There were times when some of the issues took time to resolve, but we always felt that Sharyn was genuinely trying to help and keep us informed throughout the process. That level of communication makes a huge difference when you’re renting a property. Negative experience: Our recent experience with this real estate agency was both disappointing and very costly. We have previously sold two properties through the same agency without issue; however, the staff involved at that time are no longer with the business. Under their current arrangements we were left without an agent and at a large financial cost to us. This agency requires advertising & marketing costs to be paid separately (and in addition) to their substantial commission. During our listing with this agency our Sales Agent left the business suddenly & we were advised by the agency via email that they were experiencing staffing constraints and were unable to proceed with listing our property and telling us to seek an alternative agent. No phone conversation. Just an email during the Christmas shut down period telling us to find a new agent and an invoice for advertising & marketing costs. This outcome was both frustrating and very costly for us, and it highlighted the importance of carefully considering agency terms and structures. We believe it is worth noting for others that charging advertising separately from commission can present a costly financial risk and we would not recommend selling via an agency that operates this way. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this agency to others, nor would we choose to use their services again in the future.

Negative experience: BE AWARE RENTING THROUGH RHOC!!! Terrible customer service. Do not return calls.. I was actually told by one employee ‘I don’t answer my phone on Monday’s’ ! Provided incorrect information to landlords as well as tenants.. was told contradicting information from each employee.. the worst experience we have ever had with a real estate
