Fantastic experience: Leaving 5 stars for the Fuller & Co team is one of the easiest decisions I've made. From giving us a first look in at the property, the extremely quick turnaround when we first applied (less than 24 hours) and the first class communication over the length of our lease (particularly from Clare), can't recommend the Fuller & Co team enough.

Fantastic experience: Scot and his team are hands down the best property management services I have ever experienced. I was struggling with my previous property manager from another company to find suitable tenants for my townhouse. I gave Scot and his team a chance to see what they could do, and they have been sensational. Very professional people. They are great at communicating. I normally get a response within the hour from there team to any enquiry I make, even on late Friday afternoons. They found me fantastic tenants to rent out my property. My tenants are happy with the service they are getting, and I am thrilled. I highly recommend using Fuller and Co as your property manager in Byron Bay. I was on the verge of selling my townhouse previously because it was too much drama with the previous Property Manager from another company. Fantastic experience: Getting into an amazing place in habitat was so perfect and we were helped from start to finish by the great team at fuller and co. Anytime we needed anything they were available and the back and forth always pleasant and informative. Specifically Claire who helped us find a cleaner when we were lost near the end of our tenancy and also helped get us an extension, ridiculously helpful. Also shout out to Scott absolute legend, super easy to talk to and helped manage a few inspection times so they lined up with us. Negative experience: Disappointing experience. Despite being cooperative and reasonable throughout, I faced vague communication, inconsistent charges, and refusal to honour a requested in-person final inspection. I was quoted large fixed costs which were later described as “estimates” and then asked to contribute. I was also asked to pay to repaint an entire wall over a minor scuff caused by a baby gate, despite clear pre-existing damage unrelated to my tenancy. Tenants should document everything, take time-stamped photos, and insist on an in-person exit inspection. This agency will take advantage if you don’t.

Ellie keeps us constantly up to date with our lease and possible paperwork so we do not have to worry and they are always available in case you have an emergency. Our water pump broke on Australia day and she arrange somebody to come fix it that same day. We totally recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended This was my first experience of selling a house. Gail was exceptional in supporting me through the process and keeping everything simple and clear. She was on the phone at least every day, providing feedback about where the sale was up to and anything I needed to do. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her. Having a wealth of experience, she had simple, affordable suggestions for presenting the house for sale which were invaluable. She made the open houses feel very welcoming and relaxed and visitors commented on how refreshing it was to view the house without interruption or feeling pushed to buy. I cant rate Gail highly enough for a refreshing and very professional experience.

Fantastic experience: I have bought and sold real estate through Fuller & Co multiple times. The way they work is exceptional. No hype, no pressure and the deepest respect for the human dimensions of real estate. Late last year (2020) they sold two properties for me and they achieved a harmonious result for both buyers and my wife and I. I recommend them if you value decency and integrity above a just another outcome.

Negative experience: Scott Fuller managed my property for under 2 years . I was living in Queensland and needed an agent to keep me informed and act in my best interests. During that time my property was reduced to a filthy mess both inside and outside. He allowed the tenants to keep large dogs inside the house which was against the tenancy agreement . Inspection photos did not show the damages. I was horrified when I went to my property to take occupancy.

Fantastic experience: We received great service from Scot Fuller as tenants ,from the application process right throughout our tenancy and move out. Scot was always swift to take action, he was knowledgable and a very equitable property agent. We would not hesitate to recommend him to tenants and landlords, buyers or sellers.

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend Scott and Gail. They are absolutely dishonest and seem to be at ease with that.

Fantastic experience: I certainly hope Scot sees my review as he was outstanding. We searched and applied for several homes with several other real estate agencies (the usual suspects) in the Byron shire, but to no avail. They just didn't seem to have that personable connection and many times it simply seemed like the too hard basket for many of them. Then Scot came to the rescue and had us view, apply and receive approval within a day. He simply moved heaven and earth and for that, we'd love to thank him for it and more importantly, let the online community know. (PS, he thinks he's funny but he's not).!!!!! Again Scot, thank you kindly.
