Negative experience: My husband and I own our own house. We were looking to sell up, sit on our equity and rent for a few years until we found our dream family home. I rang Ella first thing in the morning, left her a voice message and didn't hear back from her all day. I rang her again on her mobile close to the end of the day and still no answer. I rang the office straight after and, to my surprise, got put through to her straight away, only to hear a very unenthused voice on the other end of the phone. I found her approach to my rental enquiry bland and dismissive. I'm not sure if it was because they already had 4 applications for the house, so she didn't need to put anymore effort in, but I bet the tone would've been much different had I been enquiring with her colleagues about buying a house. What a great first impression of BRE. Glad I know other friendly agents to do business with.

Fantastic experience: My advice to ANYONE in a housing situation and desperately in need of a roof over their head's is to be completely honest , just be yourself and truthful especially when you are trying so hard to stay a float and positive.
