Negative experience: We are extremely disappointed with our experience. Throughout the process, we were provided with information that later proved to be inaccurate. When this was raised, instead of taking responsibility or working toward a resolution, the agent distanced themselves from the situation and wanted nothing further to do with it. Communication was consistently poor. We were often left chasing updates and didn’t feel supported at all during what should have been a straightforward process. There were also actions that we found highly unprofessional — including not allowing our family to place a “Sold” sticker on the property, and distributing letterbox drops to our neighbours announcing the sale of our previous home before it had even been finalised. That created unnecessary confusion and stress. Overall, we expected honesty, accountability and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and we would not recommend based on our dealings
