Negative experience: Rachel Hau was my absolute favourite to deal with and she deserves 5 stars.. as for my 1 star it goes to the non existent professionalism of finalising our lease.. it has been 6 months that everything has finally settled bond return wise yet all these bills that come out that weren’t even spoken about (yes the fly screen was) but fees on breaking lease and advertising (yeah I understand that just let me know lol) and then another weeks rent for I have no idea why? BUT 6 MONTHS LATER? I’m glad I bought my house so I don’t have to deal with real estate agents anymore but to be dealt the unprofessional hand of this 6 months later.. really? Lol
