Fantastic experience: Jayde Gwynne - you do an outstanding job and I will miss you as my property Manager. I rent through Ray White Manly and have had the most outstanding experience from day one. Jayde (my property manager) is amazing and any time I've had any issue it has been sorted quick. She manages to obtain permission near immediately from the owners for any repairs so every issue n(matter how little), including my leaking toilet has been fixed within 24hrs of emailing. She is always super friendly and never forgets to call you back or answer a query. They even sent out a plumber (at no charge to myself) to check for leaking pipes because one of my water usage notices was higher than usual. That blew my mind. They have genuinely honestly being the best real estate I have ever rented through by a huge margin. Most agents don't care about the tenant, Jayde does. I have to move out as the owners have decided to sell, otherwise I would be here for years just because of the quality of service I received from my property manager. Even though she didn't have to, Jayde has kept me in the loop the entire time so I've had plenty of notice to search for another property. I highly recommend Ray White Manly and Jayde Gwynne as a property manager.

Fantastic experience: I had my house listed to rent with another agent who insisted I drop the rent despite it being rented for a much higher price in the past. I had spoken with Rachel at Ray White about listing with her but I ended up listing with another agent. Rachel gave me a follow up call to see how things were and advised me not to drop the rent and that she was sure she could find a tenant in 3 weeks. I swapped my listing to Ray White (as agreed with other agent as they were having no success). Sure enough, without dropping the rent she found some tenants within two weeks (who so far have been lovely and look after the house). Rachel has been great to deal with, she keeps me informed of what's happening and is very efficient. I highly recommend Ray White as a Property Manager.

Fantastic experience: My search for rental accommodation was extremely urgent as I had to move out of my home in Sydney by a certain date. I was looking for specific accommodation and therefore required the help from someone who would understand my situation, what I needed and be able to treat it with the urgency necessary.
