Fantastic experience: Having been accepted for another rental just an hour earlier, I attended an inspection for a property that we just couldn’t give up on. I let Alice know that we’d been accepted for another property but would like to apply. She was understanding that we risked losing the other place and quickly processed our application. I can’t thank her enough for the care she took to update us on the progress of our application. Having attended many inspections recently, I’ve waited for agents who were late to inspections, seen properties that looked nothing like their listings, and spent a great deal of time waiting for replies. In contrast, Alice was 15 minutes early to the inspection, the property was a spitting image of the listing, and she called to let us know we were approved within a day of our application. Fantastic experience: We recently sold our property with Linton and we can not recommend him enough. From the moment he met with us to appraise the property he was fantastic. He was fully prepared with a detailed approach on how we would market the property, when to list it and then kept us fully informed from listing through to settlement. Highly recommended!

John and the team at Empire took over our lease from another property management company, who at the time were not dealing with some quite severe issues with the property that had dragged on for three months. Fantastic experience: My wife and I bought a property through Empire (Linton Allen) and his service was great. So too was Cheryl Berwick's (Linton's executive assistant). However, this will blow your mind. Nearly two years after purchasing our property (which had been fully renovated by the previous owners), the pull-out kitchen bin runners broke. I went to Bunnings to replace the runners but the guy told me Kaboodle only sell the bin as a whole unit - $200. So I thought I'd try my luck and I contacted Cheryl at Empire asking if it was possible to contact the previous owners to see if by some chance they had a receipt so I could claim the broken bin under warranty. It worked! Cheryl emailed back and forth between the previous owner and myself until I was able to arrange the replacement. We now have a working pull-out bin! Cheryl was under NO obligation to help with this, as technically it has nothing to do with selling houses! The goodwill of people...I'm totally ecstatic. So from the bottom of my heart, the least we can do is write this review for you Cheryl, and all the team at Empire. Negative experience: Linton Allen has to be one of the most arrogant agents that I’ve ever met. Rushes you out of a home open and I heard him call a buyer the C word on the phone. Whether a joke or not, highly unprofessional.

Negative experience: Pretty disappointed with Empire when we purchased the property. When I asked questions in the final inspection, the answers were: "I don't know, I'm not living here." "I'm not selling you the new house." No more Empire for us in the future.

Went to a rental viewing and had Empire not only contact me a few days after to see if I was going to apply but also kept me in the loop of the application process the whole time. From receiving my application to advising a delay in hearing back from the owner. If the property management is anything like the leasing, I cant see myself having any issue dealing with this company.

Negative experience: I have rented an apartment through empire for the last 3 years and honestly it was an all round horrible experience right from the start. When I first moved in the electric "secure" gate that was installed wasn't working for 2 years this was an advertised benefit and I had my car broken into during the time it was non-operational I had to wait 8 to 10 months for any maintenance to be done most of which I had to complete myself and then ask for reimbursement and when "maintenance" was done it wasn't done by professionals it was done by the landlord who done quite dodgy work the car port is still not finished it started in 2017 and is only half way complete whenever I had problems with the apartment I was met with snarky comments and Pamela Pereira was especially rude. I found empire as an appalling real estate agencie to rent under and do not recommend it to anyone
