Whilst I found the process of preparing our home for inspections quite exhausting it was made easier with the support of our Agent's timely reminders and feedback advice following the inspections. David's market knowledge was right on track and he was available at all times to discuss any questions or concerns. His interaction was professional and comforting during this most anxious time.

Negative experience: What a disgrace, David Lawson thinks he can treat people with contempt and displays his arrogance and is discerning. After communicating to him and his representative the type of off market sell we were interested in flips and wants to complete things his way. After communicating we would get back to him his representative continues to phone bomb myself, how desperate can you get. And after communicating this he still has the audacity to communicate in a smug and arrogant manner, and boasts about being in business for over 40 years., maybe he needs to understand and listen what the customer has to say Appalling, Abusive excuse me there was no abuse in any of my collaboration, I have simply stated facts, my last conversation with yourself personally was on the phone and I explained I will get back to you once I am ready, it seems you failed to communicate this to Stephanie as she has reached out to myself personally twice after our chat. But Hey check her phone records there is nothing misleading and please retract from this word abusive. Like I've stated you have totally failed to understand thr type of sale we were interested in which was a private off market sale, pretty simple. Like I've said maybe you need to clearly listen to what a potential customer is saying and not go off boasting about your life experience. I have read your bad reviews and you seem to deflect and not take any accountability. Go back and look at how many times yourself and Stephanie have reached out I would call that abuse and harassment Don't you think?

Positive experience: I had property leased and managed by them for 5 years. It went well till I decided to sell it. I was contacted by the sales team but there was no formal appraisal offered and there was not enough initiative by sales team to take the property to the market. Because I did not have formal sale authority VCAT rejected my application to vacate the property. This delayed the process of selling for couple of months. I ended up approaching other agency to sell the property. Great team but could to better with more focus on sales.

Negative experience: Poor Service!Worst Realestate Agency!I would never recommend this to anyone. I was looking for a rental property through realestate.com. I found a property (32 Mirambeek Rd,Hoppers crossing)that matched my requirements.advertised by Lawson Wyndham realestate. I enquired and got a email with the date and time for inspection.Unfortunately,on the day of the inspection property agents didn’t show up and I tried calling them no one responded and then I texted them and I got a call next day stating that they didn’t schedule any inspection and When I said I received an email from them, they’ve simply tried making it a system error.Anyways,next date and time for the inspection was scheduled a week after.I made an application soon after the inspection and was said I’ll be getting the outcome of my application in 2-5 days. I called after 3 days to find out what’s going on.they said they are still processing it and I called them again after 1 week and the application was at owners place no outcome whatsoever I’m still waiting it’s been 2 weeks a complete waste of time at this agency. P.S:This inspection and application was made a week before the lockdown started.

Fantastic experience: I have just had a rental property leased with Lawson Wyndham. Mark Hambling is my property manager, he has really worked hard to find a tenant. Mark is very thorough and professional. Mark has very good ideas on property presentation and knows the market inside out. Actually Mark is the best property manager I have had over my 40 years in property rentals.

Negative experience: On 27th May 2021 I went for an inspection on one of their property 10 Higgins Way, Truganina. I had an unconditional approval for $750K and we really liked this house for living and expressed my keen interest in this property to Dean Caramia. During my inspection, I also requested a copy of section 32. Dean Caramia told me that he doesn't have a copy of Sec 32 right now and promised that he will email me back that night or the next day (28th). Since I didn't receive any email or any single call after the inspection I called back Dean Caramia on 29th May Saturday morning to put an offer and requested Sec32 again. At this time he told me that this house is under offer and this unprofesional real estate agent didn't even asked what is my offer before he submit other offer to the vendor. So my MESSGE to the vendor is that the offer you received for your house is not the best offer and you missed your best value for your house. There is no single reason for him not to ask and accept my offer. As I said earlier, I already have an unconditional approval from bank and actively looking for a house as I already sold my current one. Shame on you Mr. Dean Caramia. Edited at 6:33pm Received a call from David Lawson to my mobile with lots of his rude language and he claims that I can't afford that house !!!!!! This message is after reading the reply from the owner (David Lawson) First of all, 1) I didn’t had a chance to put my written offer due to unavailability of Section 32. 2) I didn’t had a chance to see section 32 before making any offer. 3) As you said all parties that inspected were notified. This is a biggest lie and I didn’t get any notification or a single call from the agent to know what is my offer. 4) David or Dean didn’t even ask my offer during the inspection time. We noticed lack of interest from both of you during the inspection time. 5) I have an unconditional approval plus some savings which will allow us to stretch our budget. 6) If this is under offer, why it is not updated online as it is UNDER OFFER? @10:46pm, after the reply from the owner I am still stick with what I said. I have an unconditional approval from the bank and savings to stretch my budget. What you guys did a mistake is that.... You didn't asked my offer before submitting the other offer to the vendor. We were the first arrived for the inspection and were really keen on that property. Finally I didn't even get a single chance to put my offer on that property because I was waiting for Sec 32 from your end. I waited another day if in case your agent was waiting for Sec 32 from vendor, then today I called and SMS him to follow up on that property, then he said to me that this is under offer! In your previous post you said that you notified all the parties inspected this house, but I didn't get any single notification or follow up call from your agent.
