Fantastic experience: My experience with Re-Define Real Estate is exceptional. I had a pleasure to meet both- Helena and Philip, and other members of their team and their friendliness and service is outstanding. I've been renting a beautiful apartment in Docklands through Re-Define agency and every time when I needed agency's help, they were there for me. Always happy to take actions and call specialists right away, whenever something needed repairs. They also care for their tenants, scheduling all safety check ups (electricity, smoke alarms etc.). I had lots of support from the agency upon vacating the property too, which I really appreciate in this stressful time. It's been a pleasure to deal with them for the last 2 years. Really sad to leave, however, I know they would be the first point of contact for my future investment properties, as they take really good care of both- tenants and landlords.
