Negative experience: Very disappointed. I showed up to a scheduled open house and it was cancelled without any notice. The explanation given was “his car ran out,” which made no sense and felt like a poor excuse. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. If you can’t attend your own open house, at least notify people properly.

Negative experience: 2-stars only to avoid auto-removal. Ray White are using AI generated images to misrepresent their properties. If they weren't already the worst REA to deal with, they certainly are now. Do not accept this - take your business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Positive sales experience from a professional, authentic and fair minded realtor (individual). Our first interaction with Rahul was a grumpy phone call for a figure on a house we had identified online. Rahul immediately responded with a figure and not the ‘make an offer’. Consequently, we reviewed the property, but it was not what we wanted. This first interaction made us feel valued as our questions were answered promptly and knowledgeably. Relating why we were looking for a new home, he responded with he thought he had a property that we might be interested in, and did we wish to view it. In what was a prophetic line, he remarked "and it has a view". We viewed the property, which was still in the building stage, and advised our interest and Rahul secured the purchase for us. It was an interesting engagement, in that there was a seller, a builder and a buyer. Rahul managed the dynamics of this relationship professionally and importantly for the parties concerned fairly. We believe he was always honest in all discussions. Rather than just leaving us to our own devices in picking out the various colours, materials etc from the builder's options, he accompanied us and our son and daughter in law for some five or so hours and joined in our conversations of colours, tiles, carpet etc without a semblance of being 'pushy' - we were at ease and it felt like he was almost one of the family. The rest of our engagement with Rahul followed the same pattern. Every time we contacted Rahul with an issue, it was solved expeditiously and again fairly. Over the course of our engagement with Rahul we have become friends and now that we are in our new home our friendship has continued. We tell this story to highlight that honesty, integrity and importantly fairness are present in the real estate world - we might call it professionalism, in this case, in its purest sense.
