Fantastic experience: After renovating our house we had Q realty out to give us an evaluation. They weren’t pushy and just after a sale. The ladies were lovely and sweet. They give us a lot of information. They had done a lot of work. Would definitely recommend them and we be using them when we finally do move. ???? ????????????????

Fantastic experience: We purchased a property through Q Realty 3 years ago. Living interstate, the team have been incredibly responsive to all communications and have displayed a genuine interested in our investment; ensuring both the tenants and owners concerns are addressed and issues resolved quickly. Harrison in particular, who has looked after us from the beginning, has kept in regular contact with us and ensures the property is well looked after. We highly recommend this team. It was just by chance that the Q Reality were the property managers - and what a reliable team we landed with.

Fantastic experience: Rental application approved within 6 hours. Very very proactive with my application. Inspection completed on Saturday and applied straight away. Approved for a property on Monday afternoon. Kate answered all my questions, listened to my situation and stayed in contact throughout the entire process. Kate responded to texts and phone calls promptly. Very friendly to deal with and polite. I had alot of dramas with my rental references not responding but Kate made it all worth while and non stressful. Highly recommend Q realty for all Rental properties. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Fantastic experience: Great Real Estate Rental. First time renter, as a guarantor for 3 international students. Q Realty helped me to obtained the most location for the students, close to work and transport. Shout out to Kate who made it possible for us. To Javen who responded quickly for most maintenance required. And to Tegan as well, to keep us updated on all queries. They're all professional on what they do. So far we have good experience with Q Realty. Highly recommended.

My Property Manager Harrison & the leasing team (Kate, Anna & the other team members) consistently deliver when it comes to securing quality tenants. Their communication is excellent.
