Katrina the Property Manager at R&H has liaised well with our tenants over the years and always followed up on maintenance issues including big ticket items such as ducted AC replacement. During the recent sale of our investment property, she coordinated the rectification of issues as highlighted in the Building and Pest Report in a smooth and fuss free manner. Thank You. Fantastic experience: We've had our property rented through R&H for many years. They have always been very active in updating us with any issues or maintenance needs, and finding us exceptional tenants. Recently we decided to ask the tenants to vacate as we were selling. Michelle from R&H went above and beyond in doing the final inspection with us . She gave us contacts for tradesmen and handymen so we could present our property at its best. Knowing we wanted to get on the market quickly, she oversaw any work that the tenants had to complete with efficiency and great service. She looked after us whilst still having the tenants interests as well. She is an absolute asset in the rental department where she works. She made our job so much easier. Negative experience: I recently had a disappointing experience with the 5 differentagents we had in less then a 2 year period. From start to finish, their service was lackluster and unprofessional. The multiple agent's assigned to us was frequently unresponsive, to our emails and often appointments without any communication. The properties shown were far below our expectations maintenance was always ignored and the propertys accurately represented in the listings. Additionally, their office lacked transparency & ultimately we ended our contract early. They are trying to leave us with unexpected charges to damagesthat the property had prior to our tenancy. Overall, I would not recommend rane & horne based on their poor customer service and misleading practices. Your property will be in better hands elsewhere.

Negative experience: Based off the reviews I have read it seems a common occurrence that these shonks will rip you off. Believe me when I say RUN for the hills put a PEST proof fence between yourself and RAINE AND HORNE SPRINGFIELD. CASSEY GILL learn how to do an exit report, learn how to keep track of your lies and learn how to take photos, I promise you won't see a cent of our bond and count that this will be your 5th realestate pronto. .. get to know the amended tenancy laws especially stage ii... THESE PHOTOS ATTACHED WERE TAKEN AFTER 1/9/23 WHICH THE NEW TENNANTS WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH A HOUSE THAT IS NOT FIT FOR TENANCY AND IS ILLEGALLY tenanted. This house was originally tenemented by me and my family. There were missing blinds, the unsafe balcony(I have 3 children 4 and under. Smell coming from drains, ants crawling through your bed, cracks and dents on walls in walls and you expected back a new house.. RAINE AND HORNE SPRINGFIELD HAVE NO MORALS AND DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

Negative experience: In my opinion, giving one star because unable to give none. As a R&H customer of our Springfield Lakes investment property for 12 years, the last 3 years were terrible. In general terms, they grossly undervalued expected rent; Their communication to us was reactive rather than proactive, and they treated us with disdain when challenged. They charged a fee based on an alleged conversation that never took place, and their sales market appraisal (Jan 2023) was $60,000 less than what our property actually achieved (Aug 2023) when using another local agent. Dreadful!

Negative experience: Worst renting experience of my life. The tenancy wasn't too bad but be prepared for a horrible fight when leaving just to get your bond back. Full of lies and deception. We did everything right but we weren't listened too or offered any common curtousy. Highly recommended renting through any other agency.

Negative experience: If you don't ever want to see your hard earned bond again, then rent with this lot, you won't get it back if you get a bond cleaner in, get a carpet cleaning done, get a pest spray done, leave the place cleaner than they gave it to you in the beginning. If you dispute their hypocritical orders/ instructions with the RTA to recover said bond, then be prepared for their lies to make false claim to your money. Save the heart ache and don't go near them.

Negative experience: was good until leaving we had a professional bond cleaner come had the pest spray done ect they charged us for a bond clean and made a bunch of extra outrageous claims to keep our bond do not recommend getting a bond clean or doing anything to clean its a waste of your time you wont get your bond back

Negative experience: Had a house inspection booked for today at 12:30. Four other cars including mine waited in the rain for the real estate agent. After waiting 45 minutes we decided to leave.

Fantastic experience: Shout out to Taylor Sherlock the smoking gun of Springfield. She is absolute unit and a professional to boot. Their is always something wearing and tearing, but Taylor is on top of it at the same speed i am, no questions asked she puts her head down and fixes problems and as a tenant i cant ask for much more than that. Fantastic experience: Rented 3 years with Raine & Horne and never had any problems. Had to break lease 2 months early due to buying a house of our own. Expecting the worst I was pleasantly surprised with the help I received from the property manager (Emma Lowry) and the viewings inspector Beverley Palfrey who worked tirelessly to find us a new tenant. Beverley in particular was very friendly, professional, and approachable with her respectful attitude towards all people who she come in contact with. Thumbs up!

Negative experience: It was ok renting with these guys. Untill exiting property. Which they have made claims to take part of bond. I cleaned place thoroughly. An it still isn't good enough.
