He discussed a pricing strategy with me to ensure I was getting the best price per week and would give a thorough breakdown of any new potential tenant applications. Chris was so attentive, great at explaining all of the different property management services that Saliba offers and what options would be best for my property - I was quite amazed at the services that Saliba offers. Once the successful application had been finalised, Chris passed me over to Lucy, my new property manager. After one phone call with Lucy I was so pleased at my decision to keep my property management with Saliba (I currently have a second investment with another agency) and am now looking at moving both properties over to Saliba as the experience I received to date has been outstanding. Overall, having dealt with 5 staff members so far from Saliba, all have been fantastic! Fantastic experience: We were very happy and satisfied with the result achieved by Manas and Iain in selling our unit in Wahroonga. I believe that they achieved the best result possible for our unit amongst the various agents we considered, by having in-depth knowledge of local strata title property market conditions, access to buyer pool and extensive experience. Even though the commission charged was slightly above what other agents were asking for, the final result more than made up for it. Negative experience: If you are an investor and considering Saliba Real Estate to be to your property manager, be extremely careful & I recommend to not give them your rental property. If you are currently an investor and Saliba is your property manager request to do regular inspections every quarter of your investment property. They seem to do a lot of short cuts and allow bad tenants to rent properties. They also allow properties to go on the rental market that are non compliant. The current property managers are: Aravindhan Ramabrahmam Lucy Hewitt Chloe Sopina Melody Rouggos Siobhan Robinson Chris Jones Something is going wrong in their property management, don't let your property be part of the neglect and mismanagement.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the outcome of selling our unit with Anthony and Iain. From the first day, we clearly shared our price expectations. However, the final sale price was much lower than what was originally appraised by the real estate agent and what we expected. Regardless of the effort put into the campaign, the result was very poor and changed our financial path. Our experience was not good and did not align with our goals, particularly regarding communication around pricing. Overall, the result did not meet our expectations.

Fantastic experience: Saliba Estate Agents have very friendly professional staff, prompt service for maintenance requests, they answer emails without delay and have great communication all round. I highly recommend them as property managers.

Fantastic experience: Spoke to a few agents before choosing Saliba because they were the only agent that has a clear concrete creditable marketing plan for our family home, and they know the local area very well. Valuation they gave was realistic (ended to sell for WAY more). After testing the market (which was part of the plan), they recommended a minor renovation (partitioning a third bedroom), paint and new carpet which they project managed from start to finish. Communication is generally good but occasionally some details were missed off between team members. Initially Josh said he was going to be the main agent for the property but ended up to be Rebecca who sold the house (I think). But just as well coz she got an extremely good price well above everyone’s expectations—Thanks Rebecca.
