Fantastic experience: We've had to move a few times because houses we rented from Vanessa tended to get sold under us (crappy luck), but the efforts she and David went to to look after us meant that moving day was our only inconvenience. Vanessa is responsive, pragmatic and capable. If we needed a rental agent around the area, we wouldn't think twice in hiring her. PS the negative comments from a separate provider are quite unfair.

Fantastic experience: As a tenant I can whole-heartedly recommend First National Real Estate Avenue in Pymble. The company culture became clear on opening day - quite a few years back now - we were treated with respect and the application process was handled quickly and professionally. On the rare occasion that something needs to be fixed, the property manager, Vanessa Oliver, is very responsive, helpful and friendly. The owner too is well-repesented by Vanessa and the bi-annual property inspections are planned well in advance. Next time I will try not to be in a Zoom meeting during the inspection though.

Fantastic experience: It was a matter of luck finding Michael, David and Vanessa when I needed a property manager in 2016, they were the closest agent to my apartment in Pymble but it turns out I couldn't have made a better decision, since then they have managed the property while I've lived away from Sydney with no hassles until I recently decided to sell. Again, they were the natural choice and I am very happy with the result, Michael and David have great local knowledge and gave great advice in getting the apartment ready to sell and did all the leg work for maintenance and touch ups as I live away from Sydney. I have found Vanessa very efficient and proactive and she provides good advise. She has also arranged tradesmen to handle various jobs and has been professional in finding the right person.
