Negative experience: DO NOT USE this agent. The principal doesn’t care and rude to their clients. They fail to deliver on the promises listed on their website, such as being available 24/7. We only contacted them in an emergency. Due to storm， causing significant trouble and directly impacting daily life. People cannot live in a house with no light, no electricity, and blocked access. This agency shows no concern for their tenants and the lady Margot was so rude saying why you call me at 8pm. Ridiculous people ridiculous agent! Do not ever use them!

Fantastic experience: Honest and Reliable . Margot and Michael from Showcase are some of the most honest and hard working agents I’ve known and I can not recommend them enough. They and the team managed our unit fantastically and when it came to selling, they achieved the result we were looking for.

Negative experience: Unlawful rental raises every 6 months throughout my 2 years renting from them. When I finally refused the 4th raise my lease was terminated. They also cancelled my key fob access a day early, causing issues with my end of lease cleaner who was denied entry after they took the trash down mid cleaning. I will never rent from any showcase properties again. Edit: Take a look at any of the other low reviews and you will notice a pattern in how they treat their renters, especially during the end of lease period. As a RENTER, BEWARE. When our key fob access was revoked, we called the building manager who advised us that the agency is the one who puts in the request to disable key fobs at the end of tenancy. He had to manually enable it again in order for our cleaner to finish her job. Either their staff put in the incorrect leave date, or they are accusing the building manager of lying. Also, it's 2024. Online privacy is a thing.

Negative experience: Not too bad for the most part, however, when it came to the end of the lease, I was faced with Edison Lin. After having discussed the end of my lease on the phone and being told he would call me back regarding going on a month-to-month basis, I did not hear anything. I told this to another agent doing an inspection, who told me I would get a call straight after the inspection, this also did not happen. This resulted in me not submitted my notice to vacate within two weeks (Admittedly my mistake, but would not have happened if he contacted me). When I brought this up with him, he told me that I could have called, messaged or emailed him - in other words it is my fault that he did not do his job. At no point did he apologise or make any admission of fault for this. Furthermore, after leaving the place cleaner than I found it, I had to go back to remove a speck of dust from a draw which was "dirty" (I was able to get rid of it by blowing on it lightly). On a less personal note, communication and organisation around this time was generally quite poor. Despite being very comfortable setting rigid time lines for others, they do not seem to apply this same attitude to themselves. I also received multiple communications from different agents about the same thing, implying that even within their office the communication is quite poor. Moral of the story; read the contract carefully and expect less from real estate agents.

Fantastic experience: Margot was approachable and has good communication skills. She used her market knowledge to help me price my apartment and was prompt in responding to my requests. She was honest in her approach and recommended pricing, which is why I engaged her. We managed to sell my property the same week it hit the market and I got the price I wanted for it. This was demonstrated in the last few weeks when we had issues from damage. Margot organised all the required maintenance work, arranged very reasonable quotes, and ensured everything was brought up to standard, whilst also managing Strata and the insurance claims.

Negative experience: They are so bad and rude. The house we rent has been burgled within one month we moved in. We lost our Benz car and also a few iphones. Even worse, this occurred when all of our family members were sleeping at night (we got two kids). Two men came in the house from the laundry door with a faulty lock. The agent already noticed this faulty lock during ingoing inspection but insisted saying it works... They also tried to ignore other safety issues of the house such as non-working blinds.... We decided to move out when this occurred and had given them 4 weeks notice. The agent asked us to pay the breaking fee and thought they had no fault in this tragedy. They said it was just an unfortunate incident that had occurred to our family. It is not our purpose to blame anybody as the "break in" has already occurred and our whole family has already suffered a lot both financially and mentally. With two young kids, it is not easy for us to move out and find a new place to live and new schools to enrol. You will not imagine how hard it was for our family since that day. Our older daughter saw the two men in the upstairs bedroom when they were searching for keys and phones. We now are very concerned about her mental health and are seeking help from a Child Psychologist. She told us she had a bad dream on Friday night and even described how the two men walked around on their tiptoes in the room. We also believe the house with its current condition (doors, windows, blinders, locks...) is not suitable for a family living, especially a family with kids. The new tenant deserves to know the reason that the previous tenant moved out and they shouldn't suffer the same as we did.

Negative experience: I felt disrespected by this agency since the beginning. Although I expressed, in more than one moment, my worries with the cleanliness of the apartment I was renting, I received the keys of a unit with dust, cockroach, previous renters lost objects and faulty items. Also, although I paid the rent in the right day, I received an email saying I was late. Instead of apologies, the agent said their system would keep sending me emails unless I pay the rent earlier. On other words, terrible skills to deal with people and very poor management. I don’t recommend this company. I never had this issues before, so definitely are other Agencies better in the market

Negative experience: ❌This agency give us a hard time to move out, Lisa⚠️ accused us stolen the dusty old curtains, which no one wants, and with no evidence. She keeps adding to the cleaning list even after we paid the expensive cleaner. She said she just want $120,its not much!⁉️And won't give us the bond back. I experienced this agency not turn up for their appointment. 4 times I took day off work, and the agency didn't turn up for the appointment without any notice. After the appointment day sometime they will call me say are you available now for the inspection now⁉️ Also I had a hard time for asking to fix the issues in the rental, Long waiting and no response.

In last 5 years, I lived in China for most of time, but I had never worry about my property, because they looked after my apartment like their own place. Negative experience: Disgraceful company. Does not take any interest of the customer into account, and try to avoid all responsibilities at all cost with the dirty tricks. There are plenty if better real estate agency in this areas. Better avoid this one

Negative experience: Very very very very very bad company. Horrible customer service, slow response time, just horrible in general. After 6 months of complaining to them, I finally moved out and they took my bond money and didn't give it back!!! I wish I could take them to court but I just don't have the time. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the realtors come in for inspections regularly allowing us to raise any issues and we always find our property manager to be extremely responsive.
