Negative experience: I recently purchased a property through Ray White and have had a very disappointing experience with post-settlement communication. Despite multiple emails and attempts to follow up on an issue, I have not received timely responses. Being ignored when trying to resolve a legitimate concern has been frustrating and unprofessional. Clear communication and support are essential, particularly after settlement, and unfortunately this was lacking in my experience.

Fantastic experience: Julia and her team manage a couple of rental properties for me and I find her service and the service of the whole office, outstanding. They communicate well, are professional and make my role as an owner, very easy. I wish all agencies were this easy to deal with.

Negative experience: Had an upcoming inspection booked. Arrived to the property early. When 4:20 rolled around, no one was there. We waited for 10 minutes, even emailed the agent with no response. Only to be told today it was rented out Tuesday, with no confirmation of bookings on the Wednesday being cancelled until AFTER the inspection was scheduled.

Negative experience: I am very upset with this real estate. I told them I have a physical disability where I can't get around to places to do inspections. I let her know that I was 8 hours away and that I didn't know anyone close to where the place was I was interested in. I said to her, I did a virtual inspection online of the inside of this property. I tried to fill out an application but it needed an inspection code. The lady would not give me the code. Because she said, I had to do a physical inspection in person. I told her well that's not possible I can't do that I can only go so far. I told her about what I have and staff and I've told her that I have done multiple inspections through VR and video because of the distance. If I get accepted, I would get someone to help me get to the place and I would have a removals to remove all my stuff to the property. But she did not have a care in the world. This real estate is so low on people with disabilities. I do not recommend you going through them I feel like I was scrutinized by the lady I was speaking to. She kept trying to say she understands what I'm going through when she has no clue. Not everyone in the can travel far distance, just to look at a property and she has to understand that, but she had not understood anything. The lady is given this real estate, a bad name. That's why I am given them a bad review. I didn't catch her name as I'm not very good with names. I also have an intellectual disability ADDHD. This real estate deserves 0 stars, but it's not possible to do that on this site.

Negative experience: End of lease. Charging more than market rate for already cleaned property. Looks like taking commissions from all the trades doing work there. Don’t rent through them you will end up paying so much in the end.
