JR Prosperity Partners Pty Ltd

Negative experience: I had a positive experience with JR Prosperity when purchasing my first investment property. The team was responsive and helped clarify my initial questions around property investment. However, my experience with the second investment (a house and land package on unregistered land) in Melbourne western suburbs has been quite different. The project took more than two years to complete, which resulted in extended holding costs before any rental income was generated. In my case, the property in Wyndham Vale has underperformed, with relatively low rental yield and negligible capital growth so far. Given the level of new housing supply in the area, this investment has not met my expectations and has been financially challenging. Reflecting on this experience, I would have benefited from a deeper understanding of the risks associated with off-the-plan house and land packages, including timelines, holding costs, and local market supply conditions. Based on my personal experience, I would encourage others to do thorough due diligence and carefully assess these factors before proceeding with similar investments. I’m updating my rating to reflect my overall experience.

Fantastic experience: It's been a wonderful experience working with JR Prosperity (JRP) over the years, who have helped us investing in multiple properties across Australia. Had the pleasure of working with Iti & Jacqui on our recent investment property. Iti is very thorough in her work ,provides the right preparation & guidance and keeps me updated on all aspects of the investment. Jacqui helps with all the financial advice & guidance. HIghly recommended to engage Iti, Jacqui and JRP for property investments.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I recently decided to make an investment purchase with great potential but also there were a lot of unknowns that we weren't sure of. Thankfully the team at JR Prosperity namely Iti and Jackie were able to alleviate our concerns and made us feel comfortable and confident with our decision. They came from the lens of helping us rather than pressuring us which made the whole interaction less daunting. We appreciate the care in the work they put in for their clients and would highly recommend them!!

Fantastic experience: Buying my first IP has been an amazing milestone. The entire process was smooth and well-guided from start to finish. I truly appreciate the expert advice from Iti Mehrotra, support, and transparency throughout. Excited to see this property grow as part of my long-term investment journey!

Fantastic experience: Thank you JR Prosperity Partners Pty Ltd for your guidance, knowledge and vast expertise in wealth building. With your guidance and support, you made property investment so easy and enjoyable. Thank you, especially to Sean for making me believe in this even at a time when i was a bit skeptic.

Fantastic experience: We recently purchased our first investment property with the guidance of Iti Mehrotra and JR Partners, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their support. Being quite conservative, we struggled with taking this big step, but Iti made sure we fully understood every aspect of the process. She reassured us that our decision would not put us under financial stress, while also tailoring her advice to suit our future life goals. What really stood out was the time she took to get to know us personally and build a plan that truly aligned with what we wanted. She also went above and beyond by connecting us with a solicitor and accountant to ensure we had the right team around us for the journey ahead. Iti not only made the process smooth and exciting but also took the time to educate us along the way, which gave us the confidence we needed. We highly recommend Iti and the team at JR Partners to anyone considering an investment property.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience buying our first investment home with JR prosperity. Iti Malhotra has been exceptionally great in guiding us through the journey since day 1. She has not just helped us with securing the house but has also guided us through each step from finance approval, legal, documents, till finding a good rental company. She was on top of everything and made sure we had a very smooth experience. Thank you Iti and JRP for helping us start our investment journey:)

Fantastic experience: We had the pleasure of working with Iti Mehrotra from JR Prosperity Partners, and was very pleased with the service and expertise she had provided. From our first consultation to the final transaction, Iti has demonstrated an incredible understanding of the market, offering valuable insights and advice that made a huge difference in our decision-making process. They were extremely responsive, always available to answer questions and address concerns, and they guided us through each step with professionalism and patience. We felt valued and appreciated as a preferred customer throughout the entire process, and their attention to detail was second to none. We knew Iti through work – before, we never looked in the market to identify the right strategist for us and after hearing few of the experience from known friends and extended family we are glad we did not think too long on this. The entire team in JR Prosperity Partners needs a special mention and it’s their company culture in driving value through customer satisfaction makes them unique in this viscous market. Thanks to Iti Mehrotra for guiding us to find the perfect investment property, and the entire experience was seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and dedicated property strategist who put their client needs first with their service. Truly a 5-star experience all around!

Fantastic experience: Have been working with JR Prosperity in the last 3 years, when we decided to start a real estate porfolio. Sean was really good during the "house hunting" phase, showing all the numbers and the pros and coms of each opportunity, even when some opportunities did not turn the way we wanted, he kept the good work till find the right place for us and guided us through the whole process. We are now working through another investment property and receiving the same level of service from Jack. I have and will recommend JR to my friends that want to get into real estate. Cheers,

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of JR Prosperity Partners for the last 4+ years, and I couldn't be happier with their services. Their team has been incredibly helpful and professional throughout my IP purchases. Their end-to-end professional service is truly commendable and recommended for all types of buyers, whether you're a first-time buyer or a seasoned investor. most importantly, the founders are approachable, humble and always open to having honest conversations and feedback from their clients. Highly recommend their services!

Fantastic experience: Sean has been absolutely incredible with his service and expertise. Than you

Negative experience: They are sellers agent and the investment properties they advise doesn't really make money after few years. They reccomend you some properties in qld where there is already an over supply. Do your research before going ahead with them. The sales team can be good but all lie to make money.

Negative experience: I was completely ghosted after purchasing membership for $295. After having an initial meeting, the subsequent meeting was cancelled as I was dialling into the zoom call. The meeting to date has not been re-scheduled despite me emailing and calling. I was not assisted in anyway and the actions of certain staff goes against everything their mission and vision statements claim on their website. I was made to feel like I had little to no value to the company. It would have been easier for me to get $295, throw it in the toilet and flush the money goodbye. I highly encourage any potential investors doing their due diligence by reading these reviews to save their money and avoid their so called services.

Negative experience: Unresponsive and very unprofessional. I wouldn't recomend them, waste of my money. I left so many messages asking them for a call back but everytime Keshav sent txt saying he is in meeting and will call back but never ever callled back and its almost a year now. Ridiculous!! I They push you to become member and pay $299 and after taking money they dont care!!

There were lot of things to process but Sean was superb, he explained the things so clearly and beautifully that this whole process was fun and enjoyable. I definitely recommend JR Prosperity to others.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing and calming experience we have with JR Prosperity to buy our First Investment Property. Keshaf Mehra and James Brunacci are indeed Miracle workers and their Professionalism, Experience, Honesty and Hard work is second to none. Prior to JR Prosperity, in the past three years we tried 4 Investment Groups to buy our First Investment Property, but unfortunately it did not work. We were so frustrated and lost complete hope. In the depths of despair, one day I received a call from Keshaf and things changed dramatically and now we have our First Investment Property. Your guys completely exceeded all our expectations.

Negative experience: Very Unprofessional service by one of staff Keshav !!! Unresponsive!

There was a lot of information to be processed before taking a decision and the team helped us through all. Will surely work with them again.

Fantastic experience: This is our first dealing with JR prosperity. I was bit sceptical to start with as an Investor but Both Sean and James answered all our questions to make us comfortable to go ahead with the project. And not only the process was seamless but while working with we also learned few things about investing although we know it is a long road ahead for learning.

Fantastic experience: Property Investment is risky. It's true but the risk becomes an opportunity if you have the right mindset and the right team to guide and support you throughout the process. I would like to congratulate the JR Prosperity team for their ongoing guidance and support during my investment journey and would highly recommend to anyone looking forward to getting started with tapping the opportunities around property investment.

I have to thank Sean personally as he has interacted and provided all the assistance to me during my initial start with JR team. Thanks for your service so far, its best. Hoping our journey will continue in further years as well.

Fantastic experience: I usually don’t provide feedback on social media but I am so happy with JR Prosperity and JR Financial team that I feel like I should share my experiences with everyone. They are excellent bunch of people, who don’t only look after their client acquiring property but also help to build financial portfolio and provide excellent service. We are very pleased with Sean, Jack, James and Shay’s exceptional service. Sean has made the entire process hassle free; he took time to understand our financial goals and based on our gaols he came up with a strategy for us and helped us to acquire our first investment property. James provided exceptional financial insights in property lender market, compared few mortgage options and recommended best out of all. I truly appreciate help and service of JR Prosperity and JR Financial team. --Pathik

Fantastic experience: Hi Phaneendra here, I am looking for a guide to help me on property investments that's where I met JR Team. They are professional, reliable and very helpful. Bhupinder helped us to get the right property in Melbourne and after signing the contract I have cross verified about the location and what ever he said are just the truth. Land settlement had been completed on time and very excited to start my first home construction in couple of weeks. I highly recommend this team for your property investments. Regards Phaneendra

Fantastic experience: Myself and my husband, are very happy to have been introduced to the company as it has taken alto of the burden for use starting our portfolio. Again thank you.

Fantastic experience: I had great experience working with JR Prosperity, mainly with Sean. He is very professional and responsive. They provide end to end support and service which adds good value in property investment.

Fantastic experience: JR Prosperity Partners made it really easy for my wife and I to buy our first investment property. Everyone we have worked with (especially Sean) was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and helpful to us. They did the research, helped us find the right team, and gave us everything we needed to hit the ground running. I’d recommend JRPP to anyone looking to make a smart investment in their future.

Fantastic experience: Amazing, Hassle Free, Informative & Educative and most importantly being shown the path towards better tomorrow - that's how I would summarize my journey with JR Prosperity. They were absolutely professional, combined with fact based analysis not only gave me the confidence to get on-boarded with them but helped me move into the investment space. Thank you 'Team JR Prosperity'.

Fantastic experience: I bought investment property from JRPP in Newcastle. Happy with deal and helpful advice from team JRPP. Provide professional service and clear communication.

Negative experience: I purchased my first ever investment property with JR prosperity partners in 2014. I had it valued to free up the money to purchase elsewhere to my surprise it is only worth what I paid for it 7 years later. Buying realestate in oversupplied markets such as Brisbane and claiming incredible growth figures is misleading.

Positive experience: Work very professional. Alway response whenever I need. So satisfied with their service.

Fantastic experience: I purchased a property from JR Prosperity Partners last year and I could not be happier with the overall experience right from the negotiation stages up until the handing of the keys to the property. Overall, it was a smooth and easy process. Jack and his team have clearly displayed professionalism by being transparent and informative throughout the entire process. A special mention goes to Sean for the exceptional service he provided to me on a personal level whenever I had a question or issue to address.

Fantastic experience: It's been a pleasure working with Jack, Raghav and James. They are very professional with great insight and make the whole process hassle free. I would honestly recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: I am not new to property investment and probably seen it all, been their a number of times and experienced the good and the bad. I must say that my experinence with JR Prosperity and JR Financial has been very refreshing. It reminded me of the way business was done, very personal with attention to details. Like everyone who has been in the property market or aspires to be , like to drive a hard bargain to get the maximum bang for the buck and in all honesty JR Prosperity did not let us down. Not only did they gave as a fantastic deal but also 5 star treatment. Jack and Sean in particular were truely outstanding, so much of patience, true gentlemen and now friends. Most importantly Jack and Sean "Heard me " , understood my requirements and serviced it accordingly rather than trying to sell me what they have and move on. If you are looking at starting off in the property market or even if you are an experienced investor, I suggest that you give Sean or Jack a call and see the difference. I strongly recommend JR Prosperity if you are seeking a trustworth partner on your journey to financial freedom.

Fantastic experience: We have been clients of the JR team for more than 5 years and with the assistance from the experts in this team, we have been able to build a property portfolio of a number of properties with in this time. The team are competent and up to date with market information, and we can rely on them with our investments. If you are looking to invest in property and need to understand the best options that suit your goals, talk to the team today, you will not be disappointed. We have tried doing investment on our own, and had learnt from our mistakes so use the help which is only a call away.

Negative experience: My first investment experience and to be honest although Raghav and the staff are great to interact with, however financially it's been a bad investment. JRPP are essentially a seller's agent and do not necessarily have buyer's interest in mind. They have a decent inventory and would present you with a few options but primarily their focus is to sell you a property in QLD. For my future investments I would prefer engaging with a buyer's agent.

Fantastic experience: I am thankful to JR Prosperity team and especially Sean who helped us throughout out circumstances. Sean patiently answered all our questions and was available always. It was a good experience for us with Sean and his team...God bless the team..

Fantastic experience: This was my first investment property and wasn't aware of the processes involved. But the team JR made it smooth sail for us. They've been very helpful throughout, guiding and giving fare advice. Will highly recommend them and would surely go back to them in future.

Fantastic experience: JR Prosperity is a Great & professional team . I am extremely happy with JR Team specially Sean who worked very closely with me and helped me in every step. I was very confuse about buying new property but JR helped me with complete hassle free process. I Highly recommend JR Prosperity.

Fantastic experience: I came in touch with JR Prosperity through a common friend in September this year. Jack and Raghav have been incredibly helpful since then. They have spent a lot of time understanding my current situation and my future goals. They are currently helping me work out a strategy that helps me achieve my goals successfully. Having interacted with a few other professionals and companies in the property portfolio management space, JR Prosperity clearly set a high standard of trust, ethics and integrity for day one. I straight away felt safe, supported and empowered, and just knew this is the professional network and advice I was after. They work as a one-stop-shop, so you don’t have to go looking for related support and services else where. Their integrated and collaborative services makes life easy for me as a client, enabling a wholistic strategy that caters to your tactical and strategic goals. Every Client is unique in their regards, and JR Prosperity treats each of them in their own respect with utmost dedication. Yes, they are in this for the money, but not at your cost. In fact their motto is to make you grow with them, and they stand true to their words. I look forward to a long association with them and quite positive of a prosperous outcome!

They have provided great insight and directions that is laying an excellent foundation to my property Journey. Looking forward to working with you and your team much closer and grow together. Keep up the great work!

Fantastic experience: Take a bow! One of the best services in property investment area. I was in deep dark with my first property and never wanted to invest again due to the complex processes, paperwork and laws to be abide with. JR Prosperity has made my life so simple and helped me acquire my second property in no time in growth area which is commendable. I highly recommend them for their services. lovely cooperative staff and value for money. Cheers!

Fantastic experience: Thank you guys for helping me on sourcing the right deals. thanks for being a team that can help outside the box with my personal goals as well

Fantastic experience: A great bunch of passionate people

Fantastic experience: Great & professional team of industry experts. What sets them apart is their passion to help ordinary Australian families to reach their financial goals. Highly recommend their service.

Negative experience: Our experience was only with Jack and this was about 4years ago. He pitched in an investment property option in Queensland and presented us with a lot of speculated articles as facts. We ended up buying the property and stuck with it since then with the capital almost one-third. We do understand that investments come with risk but the most important thing about Jack was, at the time he was pitching an investment based on certain facts it already wasn't an ideal investment opportunity due to excess supply. So to put it straight, he knew it wasn't good but still pitched in for us and we first time investors fell for it. So do your analysis no matter what they tell or present you with!

Fantastic experience: Great team to engage with !

Fantastic experience: Brilliant
