Fantastic experience: Seamless & Human First Experience - Dealt with Martina, Aaron and Kelvin & Ozlem, we had a very unique situation and very poor experience with another agency, moving to Mosman to grow roots. Were very communicative, efficient, zero BS and even greeted me at the property with the owner to assist on our first day. In a generally heavily scrutinised industry, a good experience stands out even more, can recommend them to others.

Fantastic experience: Sincere kind support . I’m so grateful to work with Geoff who is kind and experienced. Selling your house is one of the big events in your life. So it’s very important to choose who is the best person for you just like choosing the best doctor. I had been living in Australia for 30 years and decided going back to my country for good. These days inflation is soaring in every country. Not like Australia our social security system is not sufficient to cover the living cost any more. So it was very critical for me whether I can sell this house in good price or not. As we planned I started advertising my unit at the end of summer holiday season. People came to have a look regularly for the first two weeks but as soon as after being announced interest rate increased people stopped coming!! We were so disappointed for a while. But luckily one buyer turned up before we moved to the next action. What a joy! The story hasn’t finished yet. Next thing I needed to do was sorting out my stuffs one for keep the other for dispose. I guess anyone who has experienced it will understand. It’s quite daunting task. I donated to OP shops as much as I can and advertised on Gum tree to take away my old furniture. Bed and chairs were disposed on Council collection day. Since I planned moving to Service Apartment Hotel for a month before leaving Australia I needed to keep some of them. Geoff was so kind to offer me to take my stuffs to the Hotel by his car- actually there were quite a lot! He couldn’t see anything through rear window while driving! - it was so stressful for both of us. I was so grateful that he helped me so much when I needed. I can’t thank him enough from these experiences.

His price projection was optimistic but also supported by market trends and his own considerable knowledge & experience of our locality. Despite a market downturn, Robert and his team worked hard behind the scenes to garner interest and advised us honestly, which resulted in an optimal sale price. We always felt that he was well across the market, and its various demographics.

Negative experience: Unpleasant experience !!! This agency is very unprofessional I have met. This Property manager always sent wrong rental statement to me. And never do a apology. They always changed PM without any notice during my lease period. They don’t reply emails and do nothing for repairing request.

Fantastic experience: Richardson & Wrench Mosman have been great to work with. Starting from the amazing Rob, who we met at the first house inspection. He then helped us secure the lease and sort out all the paper work. Being my first rental property he was a huge support system for us! Lilly then took over with managing our lease and she has been super friendly and accessible. She is always just a phone call away and has helped out with any minor issues that have occurred and answering the many silly questions I have had as a first time renter.

R & W (Mosman) is by far the most welcoming, helpful, efficient and accommodating agency I have encountered. My initial inspection was with a Robert whom I found very thorough and overly helpful.
