Negative experience: Not sure how this company stays in business. Absolutely useless on following up on anything.

Fantastic experience: We moved into a brand new complex of 163 units and have been very impressed by the chosen strata, Strata Republic, and in particular our Strata manager, Zach Maher. Each meeting we have experienced, Zach has run the meeting in a very productive and professional manner. He is also a very pleasant person to deal with and has great energy and knowledge. The whole experience has transformed our opinion of strata management into a very positive one. Thank you Zach.

Fantastic experience: We have recently moved into a strata apartment with Zach Maher as our Strata Manager working with Strata Republic. I have attended several of our strata meetings run each time by Zach and am impressed by his professionalism and ability to maintain a well run meeting often when emotions of owners are high. Zach has a good approach, listens and explains clearly. In addition emails and queries are responded to without need for follow up. Thankyou Zac.

Negative experience: DO NOT hire these people. Vincent Wan is a terrible manager; he will not answer calls or e-mails. Fund mismanaged. Awful customer service. We will be exiting ASAP. BE WARNED!

Negative experience: Got rid of them 5 years ago and still picking up the pieces. Worst strata managers I have ever come across.

Fantastic experience: While this appears as 5 stars for Strata Republic, it's really 500 stars for Vincent Wan. He is the best strata manager (and indeed best professional anything) we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is a thousand thousand times better than his two predecessors at Strata Republic. If you want someone who is incisive, thorough, efficient, pleasant, acts on your behalf and takes the time to explain stuff to you, then you can't do better than Vincent. Do you know how rare it is to find someone who actually answers every question in your email, then thinks ahead to the questions you didn't even know to ask? Well that rare gem is Vincent.

Fantastic experience: In 2020, as a new owner of 2 units at ERKO of +300 units, I felt overwhelmed with the numerous by-laws and regulations. Then both Wenna Wu - Senior Strata Manager and Dana Hatten - Assistsnt Strata Manager are just wonderful. They answered all the questions at light speed, resolved the issues with thoughtful considerations and cared for personal concerns with grace. I felt well looked after and trust that they do go extra miles to have our best interests in mind. Comparing with the other strata companies that I have come across, ERKO owners and occupants are very lucky.

Fantastic experience: Whilst I may not be a direct client (I’m a property manager), Amelia Causer manages a few strata plans that I have rental managements in, so I have to deal with her and other strata managers from different companies regularly. Amelia sets the bar with how a strata manager should carry out their role. There have been some curly situations that Amelia has been able to assist not only diplomatically but also fairly and quick. Amelia is probably the first strata manager that I have dealt with that responds quickly, actions issues quickly and provides fair resolutions quickly. She makes my job incredibly easy, so thank you! I take my hat off to her and wish more strata managers were like her. Highly recommend her services and approach!

Fantastic experience: Amelia is the best strata manager I have ever dealt with. Amelia is managing a complex group of owners in a difficult commercial and residential building and is keeping everyone respectful with each other. I highly recommend Amelia to any complex strata scheme.

Negative experience: Just the worst! grossly mismanaged and ridiculously bureaucratic, avoid at all costs!!! (and I'm sure I will get a cut and pasted response from them saying they don't know who I am, but lets put it this way - what does that say about the company? that they have had to prepare a pre written response to be cut and pasted to all the bad reviews!)

Negative experience: Appalled at the gross recklessness of Vincent Wan, strata manager, who sent an email on EOFY 30 June 2020 stating that if there is silence by 9am 6 days later then it will be taken that the owners agree to waterproofing works that have been agreed to by only 2 owners - and there are multiple owners to this complex. Notwithstanding the waterproofing works relate to my unit - and disregarding whether or not I have the opportunity to review the proposals in this short timeframe - total disregard of the strata regulations and laws.

Fantastic experience: Wade and his team at Strata Republic are great to work with. Very professional and always happy to go out of their way to make sure owners are kept informed. Very happy with their service.

Negative experience: Awful company. They are becoming worse and worse. They were OK to begin with but have a very unstable company over the past year and they never respond to emails and what's worse the director follows the same behaviour. They also give inaccurate advice because the Strata Manager delegates to a junior Strata Manager who tries to assert their knowledge and then ends up giving the wrong information and not willing to act on the advice they have given. The more senior person does not intervene. Totally useless. Avoid at all costs.

Negative experience: What a terrible service this company offers. We've been dealing with the same property issue for over a year, simply waiting for 3 quotes to come in and management do not even care to respond to emails as we try to follow up. We had to remind them that our AGM was due, we had to request if our legislative obligations had been met (to which the answer is still no), we have not received minutes from our AGM which was over a month ago........ it just goes on and on. I would not recommend anyone to use this company for their strata management as they will just take your money and not do any work for it.
