Negative experience: I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the services provided by Belle Property St George, both as a property investor and on behalf of my parents as tenants. From a property investor's perspective, my experience has been consistently terrible. I cannot recommend Belle Property St George for property management due to a lack of professionalism and care. Furthermore, my parents, as tenants, have been subjected to what can only be described as third-class treatment. They have experienced zero responsiveness and extreme carelessness, compounded by instances of dishonesty and misleading information. The lack of pride and professionalism demonstrated by Belle Property St George is truly disheartening. My next steps will include pursuing this matter through the Tribunal and escalating my concerns to the Belle Property Australasia NSW Head Office.

Negative experience: I reported the immoral conduct of staff from the Glebe branch to this head office many times, nothing was changed. It's all talk, no action. In the mean time, the Glebe branch continues to service the community. What a shame this is allowed to continue?! Even staff from the Dept of Fair Trading advised us to use our own solicitor to deal with the matter. We choose not to because we don't think it's worth the money spent on these low people!! They deserves no star because if I don't click one star, it wouldn't allow me to post!!

Negative experience: Belle Property HQ are unprofessional and disingenuous. Despite assurances of a rescheduled meeting from their head of growth and his assistant, they failed to honour their verbal commitments. They not only lack integrity and courtesy within their team, but a clear deficiency in how to communicate with others.

Fantastic experience: Julian Jardine has been managing my properties for many years and I couldn't ask for a more professional, committed and reliable person. I love the fact that every time I call him he answers the phone or gets back to me straight away. Alway a pleasure to hear from him and work with him.

Negative experience: If I could give a 0 star I would, worst customer services ever! Not only that Sophia zhou (don’t think that’s her real name) was so rude to me, she couldn’t even speak well, I had been trying to speak with her about a property, she didn’t even know anything about it! Was like the worst joke ever!! Only a bad company would hire someone so incompetent, it was so incredible that her name and number was over it and she had no idea! What is wrong with you people? Stay away from this place, and if you happen to be speaking with Sophia (fake name) hung up immediately!!!

Negative experience: Use these guys if you want for lease signs put on the wrong building, then take no responsibility, blames "contractors", rude and unprofessional Inner West branch.
