In choosing a real estate agent to sell my investment property, professionalism, good communication, a strong strategy based on a deep understanding of the industry and flexibility to pivot based on market response were key priorities for me. After meeting with a few agents, I chose Tim and his team because it was clear from the outset they had all these qualities in spades. After a few discussions to understand my expectations and run through options Tim and I developed the strategy for sale, part of which was to spruce the property. Tim and his team introduced me to a range of trades people to get my property ready. They were all very skilled and the quotes very competitive (I’ll be using them again in my own home). Tim also coordinated and oversaw the work, ensuring it was completed as efficiently as possible. With targeted marketing and Tim's guidance we were able to generate an immense amount of interest in the property – 55 groups viewed it on the 1st opening. Ultimately of course selling an investment property is about getting a great financial outcome. Fantastic experience: Less Stress House Sale. To sell our home, which was our biggest asset, was a very difficult decision to make. He was always cool with the 100 questions we asked him - the first and second time. He was patient, had a real-life story to tell about almost every aspect of selling our home. It might sound silly but he seemed to genuinely like our house and gardens which played an important role in my decision.
