Thomson Property Group

Negative experience: I have formally lodged a complaint with the Office of Fair Trading regarding clear breaches of consumer rights committed by this agency. Specifically, the business engages in unfair practices designed to penalize and financially punish property owners who exercise their right to terminate their service agreement.

Fantastic experience: Good company, Matt is very professional, sold my house, great negotiating!

Fantastic experience: We recently sold our Dakabin property through Matt and his team at Thomson Property Group and couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, they were professional, highly informed, and completely transparent. Matt worked tirelessly right through to the end to achieve the best possible outcome for us. Prior to the sale, we were also long-term clients of Dylan and Hannah for property management, and they consistently delivered the same high level of service, care, and communication over many years. It’s rare to find a team that performs so well across both property management and sales, and we can’t recommend Thomson Property Group highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Thank you, Dylan. We sincerely appreciate your continuous support and great work from the very beginning through to today. . Keep up the best work Dylan.

Fantastic experience: Thompson Property Group are professional, efficient and reliable. They take care of our commercial property and we don't believe we could be in better hands. They deal with absolutely everything to do with this property and provide comprehensive updates as required. The service we have received from Matt and his team is second to none. I would recommend anyone looking at renting or selling their property to go see Matt and his team.

Fantastic experience: Dylan and the Thomson Property Group had been outstanding in the many years they managed the property in Griffin QLD. They are very professional and accommodating, I couldn't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: A big thank you to Matthew and his team at Thomson Property. Matthew was an absolute rock during the sale of our property. He kept us informed every step of the way, and his negotiation skills were outstanding. He helped us secure a great price and made the process as smooth and stress free as possible. We will definitely be recommending them to all our friends and family. Thank you to all at Thomson Group.

Fantastic experience: Probably the easiest dealings I have ever had with a real estate agent. Very helpful and prompt response to any questions.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Thomson Property Group for both the rental and sale of my investment property. It has been a great relationship, especially with the sale. Matt went above and beyond in every way, whether it was keeping me up-to-date, explaining each step in layman's terms, negotiating tricky predicaments, connecting me with other trustworthy services or securing the best sale price. I couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks for everything legends.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. Both as property management and later selling the property. He represents the best interests of his clients. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: "We highly recommend Hannah as a real estate agent. Her dedication, expertise, and friendly approach made our Unit buying experience enjoyable. I will definitely recommend her to anyone in need of an agent

Fantastic experience: Matt & the team go above and beyond in all parts of the business. They are highly professional to deal with and could not recommend them highly enough for selling and leasing properties.

Fantastic experience: I challenged the team for a very quick sale and they absolutely delivered! Hannah and Matt understood my strategy and the tight deadlines and were able to pull it off and exceed all expectations. Very grateful for this experience. It was smooth, fast and stress free! :)

Fantastic experience: Jay Swaminarayan, Nothing is impossible for Matthew & Thomson Property Group Team, when it comes to property sale. Very professional, hardworking and honest team. They kept us informed throughout the campaign. We were bit worried because of volatile market and rising interest rate BUT we remember, Matthew was confident and said that he and the team will get the big smile on our face. For this group it is always – I M Possible approach, and they proved it. Very happy with their services. Highly recommend Thomson Property Group if you are in the property market. Big thank you to Dylan for managing our property for last 6 years. God bless you “Team” with prayers from bottom of our heart. Mukesh and Vandana PATEL

Fantastic experience: Great service and attention to detail, be it property management or selling our property.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of working with Matthew to lease a new commercial property. From our initial conversation and throughout the whole process Matthew was nothing short of amazing to deal with and always remained professional. Throughout our journey Matthew demonstrated immense patience and was very understanding of my situation, Which I couldn’t have been more appreciative of. What an absolute pleasure it was to work with TPG. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough and excellent real estate service.

Fantastic experience: This is a family run business and you can definitely feel it. The last 2 years renting with Thomson Property Group has been such an easy, stress free and seamless process. I cannot fault my experience with them and they really maintain your faith in good property managers!

Fantastic experience: Matthew and Hannah from Thomson Property Group are amazing. They are not your ever day property agents, I’d call them property consultants. You are not a number or their next sale you are treated with care and respect, which is rare to find these days. We just purchased our first home which is very stressful and Matthew was a great support and guided us through every step. Thank you Matthew and Hannah we couldn’t have got through this process without you.

Fantastic experience: Matthew, Hannah & the team when it came to selling our property they went above & beyond especially when things got complicated. They made it a smooth transaction & were contactable whenever needed. They provided guidance to ensure our home was ready for market & sought to secure the best price. They understood the sale of our home was a big decision, providing support & guidance through the process. They are both approachable & knowledgeable, we are beyond grateful! Their company has looked after our rentals for years & have always been happy & confident with their ability & service.

Negative experience: Hopeless company - have twice sent an email regarding a problem tenant in a house they look after and no response (not even any acknowledgement of having received and would look into it) to either the first one or the follow up one.

Fantastic experience: In all the years our family have been renters we have never had a more kind and caring company look after us. Dylan and the whole team are beautiful humans who understand the rights of the tenants and how to care for tenants in need. We were devastated when our landlord changed companies because we have never had such a wonderful connection with a property manager. We hope one day we can be cared for by this company again and we will always be thankful for what they did for us.

Fantastic experience: The team at Thomson Property Group have been the most fair, compassionate, understanding, and approachable property managers we have ever experienced as rental tenants. We are almost sad to be moving on from them into our own house! Everything has always been so easy, and the team are always so friendly.

Fantastic experience: Our experience with Matthew Thomson and his team was truly exceptional. We initially approached Matthew with a specific apartment in mind, and from that moment on, he and his team demonstrated their expertise, professionalism, and commitment to helping us secure our dream home. Matthew's attentiveness and understanding were evident right from the start. He listened carefully to our requirements and preferences for the apartment we had in mind. Instead of trying to persuade us into different properties, he took our wishes to heart and focused on delivering exactly what we were looking for. Not only did Matthew help us find the apartment we desired, but he also played a pivotal role in securing it for us. His negotiation skills and market knowledge were instrumental in ensuring we obtained the best possible terms with the sellers. Throughout the negotiation process, Matthew was a true advocate for our interests, and we felt confident knowing he was representing us. Matthew's team also deserves praise for their exceptional support. They were responsive, efficient, and consistently went the extra mile to ensure that all the details were handled seamlessly. From arranging inspections to managing paperwork, they made the entire purchasing process smooth and stress-free. What sets Matthew Thomson and his team apart is their genuine dedication to their clients. They not only helped us find our dream apartment, but they also made sure that we acquired it under favorable conditions. Their professionalism and commitment to excellence are truly commendable. Nothing was ever a problem, and with their help, we had an enjoyable and memorable buying experience. If we were to sell the property or want to purchase another one, we would have no hesitation in speaking with the team at Thomson Property Group first.

Fantastic experience: Thomson’s property have been exceptional to deal with. Four months ago I reached out to Thomson’s Property desperately looking for a place like many during these hard times. I spoke with Dylan who helped myself and my partner with getting us our own place within a week of speaking to him. Last week I reached out once again this time for a family member, once again Dylan went above and beyond to help my brother and his partner secure their first rental property. Exceptional service and transparency with everything from the application to picking up the keys. I have lived in multiple states with many different real estate agents and Thomson’s as well as Dylan particularly, have been the easiet, most well mannered and comforting to deal with. Thanks guys, really appreciate the help A+.

Fantastic experience: Thomson Property Group managed my rental property in North Lakes and after them taking over I realised what a lousy job my previous manager did in comparison. Thompson Property Group acted in my best interest, provided great guidance when I needed it and maintained an excellent relationship with my tenants. Communication was always excellent, payments received on time and any maintenance issues dealt with appropriately. When time came to sell my first investment property I had no hesitation with engaging Thomson Property Group as my agent and they happily guided me through the process, achieving a fantastic result over my reserve price without compromising the relationship with the tenants who were able to stay on with the new owners. I have had interactions with Matthew, Hannah and Dylan in various capacities and cant recommend them highly enough, all were friendly, helpful and excellent to deal with. Thomson Property Group would be my first choice for any future property management and sales needs, I really cant thank the team enough.
