We only delt with Michelle for the first part of our sale due to personal reasons but from the moment we met her we didn’t feel we were being pressured or rushed. Negative experience: It pains to me write this as I have rented through Calio for 8 years. Recently the business has been sold on and it’s become a very different experience. I would go as far as to say the new owner has broken my spirit and made me understand why people are suicidal during a housing crisis. I have been bullied and my safety of a roof over my head unlawfully threatened. I’m in a back breaking dispute over the return of my bond and I warn anyone who is considering renting through this agent to think twice as it’s a very unpleasant experience. The staff who remain are excellent and good people. The original owners are sadly missed.

Fantastic experience: Honest , realistic and very knowledgable . Trent was the perfect agent. Dad has dementia , mom is blind and frail and we sons live interstate. Trent verbally explained all the details of the sale, all the wording,contract clauses and the sale process with mom in her house whilst on group calls to her sons , which gave mom a real sense of relief and involvement. We exceeded the estimated price by a small margin and within 4 weeks of listing. The inspections and offers were effortless in terms of disruption to my folks and trents manners are exemplary. Trent managed what was potentially a serious event into the most orderly transition and both mom and i wouldnt hesitate to reccomend trent to anyone after this experience . Apparently he's not bad at cricket either .

Negative experience: The agent would turn up at my door with tradies with no notice. No entry form, no text, nothing. He would lie about his reasons for appearing calling everything an emergency when it wasn't. He would change the times to show people through the house and not make up another form. So many things were dodgy.

Negative experience: I applied for a rental property through calio Scott, it was our first time in a while doing this. We went and seen a house on our street which would have been quite convenient ,so I applied. A few days passed and I hadn't heard anything so I called their office. They said the home owner had not made a decision yet. As we needed a rental quite urgenta I applied for other rentals. To my surprise I was walking past the rental one day and seen another person moving in, and still hadn't heard from calio and Scott , not even a courtesy call to say I missed out!
