Negative experience: Very big downgrade from previous real estate we were dealing with. Raine & Horne Tarneit is the most unprofessional real estate I have come across.

Negative experience: I have been with Raine & Horne Tarneit for about 6 months and this has been the worst service experience I’ve ever had. Communication is almost non-existent – whenever you call or email, you can expect to wait at least a week (sometimes more) before receiving a response. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially in real estate where timely communication is critical. If you value your time and peace of mind, I strongly recommend staying away from Raine & Horne Tarneit. They will only make your life unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.

Negative experience: The review I am writing today is a guide for those who are thinking of renting a property with this agency. I did not want to write this but now I am writing it in frustration. I am no longer a client of this agency. I had contacted them in August last year to rent out my house. Their property manager Karamjit rented out my house to some students without asking me. Firstly, these people took more than a month, this is very slow, secondly, they did not share with me any of the applications submitted by the tenants and rented out the house to the students on their own will. Now the situation is that every month we have to chase these students for the rent. Sometimes the rent is not received on time. All this is the fault of this Karamjit. They do not have any good property manager.

Negative experience: Update: Have reported them to Fairwork. Have had absolutely no communication from this agency regarding any concerns. Worst agency as a tenant. No care towards tenants at all. Absolutely unacceptable. Do yourself a favour and don't rent through them.

Negative experience: The real estate agent when sold the house, never removed the board and just abandoned.

Negative experience: I have had a thoroughly frustrating experience with this property manager. Communication has been consistently poor, as they rarely respond to my inquiries or provide any meaningful updates about the property. As a property owner, it's crucial to have a reliable point of contact, but unfortunately, this has not been the case. On top of this, the manager has failed to take appropriate action when tenants have been consistently late with rent payments. Despite repeated issues, no steps were taken to address the situation or enforce the terms of the lease, leaving me in a difficult position. Furthermore, the property itself is not being properly maintained. Requests for repairs and maintenance are either ignored or handled poorly, which has led to several issues piling up. The overall condition of the property has deteriorated under their management, and I am deeply disappointed with the lack of proactive care. I would not recommend this property manager / Raine & Horne to anyone looking for a professional, responsive, and responsible service. They have not met expectations and have made managing my property more difficult than it should be.

Negative experience: The worst real estate ever do not deserve even one star

Negative experience: The worst thing I've experienced in six years. Karamjit, the real estate agent, assured me that the landscaping will be completed in two to three weeks, but more than two months have passed and nothing has been done. He doesn't answer the phone. The worst real estate firm I've ever encountered.

Negative experience: Worst real estate ever. i've never seen this sort of management in my experience. Within 10 months we are allocated with 4rth property manager. No one respond back with the emails and phone calls. Only hem was the one who was really good and was able to resolve queries and quick with responses. Also we put the review before which we were told to be removed from the website to maintain their rating but now again same things are happeneing. Not at all satisfied with this real estate. when we moved in house was very unhygienic. we moved from interstate and we cleaned the house first after 10hr of drive and taking off the stuff from truck. i'll never recommend anyone to go with this real estate.

Negative experience: Went for an open inspection today at 6 Napier Street Tarneit with yr property manager Rupal Gupta. What a rude woman she is, arguing with myself and my husband about the state of the dirty property, marks on the walls, previous tenants personal possessions left behind, benches not wiped but apparently that's "how the property would be presented" to the new tenant. Wont be doin business with yr company and I suggest that Rupal go get some better customer service skills. 2 years experience according to her profile on ur website, is not enough!!! DISGUSTING

Negative experience: I previously had the unfortunate experience of working with Rajesh Yanda of Raine & Horne Real Estate Tarneit, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I decided to write this review to warn others about the level of incompetence and unprofessionalism I encountered throughout the entire process. First and foremost, communication was a major issue. It seemed like pulling teeth just to get a response from the agent. Phone calls were rarely returned, and when he finally did respond to my emails, his replies were vague and lacked any substantial information. It was incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark for days on end, especially when dealing with such an important transaction. Moreover, the agent demonstrated a clear lack of knowledge and expertise in the real estate market. He appeared to have little understanding of the current trends, pricing, and even the neighbourhoods in which he claimed to specialize. His inability to provide accurate and relevant information made me question his competence and dedication to his profession. To make matters worse, the agent showed a complete disregard for my preferences and requirements. It was evident that he didn't bother to listen to my needs or take them seriously, and this lack of attentiveness made the entire process feel like a wild goose chase. Lastly, the overall lack of professionalism was disheartening. The agent was frequently late for appointments, if they bothered to show up at all. His lackadaisical attitude and unorganized approach added unnecessary stress to an already challenging process. It felt like he was just going through the motions without any real commitment or dedication to their clients. In conclusion, my experience with Rajesh Yanda was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Negative experience: We are unhappy with Raine and Horne services and we will not recommend to anyone. They were looking after our investment property more than 1 year when the lease about to finish with our last tenant, raine and Horne did not give 4 weeks notice to last tenant and to us . Last tenant left the property with dirty and messy property , damaged door …, Property manger Pooja and Rajesh did not organise anything no proper documentation about lease ending and no end of lease inspection done . When we asked them that our property conditions they gave us misleading information, misguided about bond money process and approved false cleaning receipts from last tenant. We waited 4-5 weeks and we have switched to another property manager . Raine and Horne denied to taking any responsibility. Very poor customer service and property management.

Fantastic experience: Rajesh is amazing he found tenants before the first open inspection. Some famous brand agents told me we cannot rent out my property what I want. But he successfully got me the $70 per week more than what other agents said. Simply amazing and great work he has done for us. He is also very friendly and very plesant to deal with. Always available when I need. Most of all he will be the first contact point after lease out the property where most of agency the leasing agent (who is normally good) and the managing agent( poor service and cannot reach from my past experience) is different. I am very happy with his work and hope continue to have a great experience with the agency. Highly recommended everyone

Fantastic experience: I was seeking to rent out my property and availed the services of this organisation. It was an absolute walk in the park experience, the moment I got in touch with Dee Sengupta. She knows her trade very well and managed everything extremely professionally. Despite all covid19 restrictions, she managed to publish and arrange for virtual tours to great effect and well within 2 weeks, the property was successfully rented out. Noticed after 2 weeks the property is still for rent, I'd be unimpressed if I was the landlord having to deal with the person who ignores potential tenants.
