Negative experience: Extremely disappointing experience. In my view, this has been one of the most unprofessional and low-quality real estate agencies. There appears to be very little care taken regarding the tenants placed into properties they manage or the impact those tenants can have on surrounding neighbours. We have had ongoing serious issues involving excessive dog barking and disruptive behaviour. Despite the problems becoming significant enough for the council to become involved, the agency's response has been extremely disappointing. Rather than taking ownership, properly investigating the situation or making a genuine effort to help resolve an ongoing problem associated with a property they manage, they seem to simply wash their hands of it. Based on my experience, I found the agency dismissive, unhelpful and lacking accountability. I would strongly encourage property owners and prospective clients to carefully consider the level of property management and follow-up they expect before engaging this agency.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, our experience with Jazz was disappointing, particularly once the sale of our investment property had settled. During the purchasing process, Jazz was extremely attentive - arguably to the point of being overly persistent. We received repeated phone calls if we didn’t answer, including calls as late as 9pm, which we found intrusive and unnecessary. The real disappointment came after settlement. Once we advised that we had chosen another agent to manage the leasing of the property, the level of assistance changed completely. When we subsequently needed some help with matters relating to the property, Jazz was very unhelpful and, in our experience, came across as condescending and rude. We also found his interactions with our property manager particularly disappointing and felt that there was an unnecessarily dismissive attitude towards her. We understand that once a property is sold, the ongoing management is no longer the selling agent’s responsibility. However, we expected a professional and courteous approach when we needed reasonable assistance following the sale. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Based on our experience, we would not choose Jazz again or recommend him to others.

Negative experience: It has been three to four weeks since the settlement, when we bought the property from Jazz Real Estate as the selling agent. The two Star is final outcome, a good wish that it could help others (we almost decided to give zero star right after settlement if the web site allows, due to the poor service from this agency and the low/none professional standard on settlement day), on the settlement day, we feel like someone seat on a land mine that took hours before blowing up (settlement take place around 2-4 pm). We just wish others could be aware and consider twice if need to dealing with this agency. We also wish the agent could consider this feedback and improve the way they treat Buyers. It is ok to be rude and lack of caring right from the start, at least I get consistent and honest service. Hope no one fall over our experience of frustration, anger, unbelievable, where our Conveyancer have sent multiple emails with phone calls on/before the settlement day, and receive no response at all. We have Jazz as our point of contact at open inspection, lodging the offers and right to the settlement. He has been nice, professional and reliable until when we paid deposit/went unconditional. Understood that the Agent would have to spend time on other property and buyers, but the dramatic change made us felt little disappointed. At beginning he reply to our message/phone call right away and call us back immediately, but after unconditional it is all changed, try to book final instruction took few days to get response, we have to send multiple follow up message, try to calling him not get answered many times, other question via message just went no response. The worst come from final inspection; where we wish the house is in Clean Tidy condition for settlement, (who else not willing to receive a good clean home at settlement). The owner only starts to move out on the final inspection date, which is 2 days before settlement, so the house been very massy almost not able to inspect. When I asking agent about the house condition at settlement, the response I received: “The house is in clean, tidy condition during final inspection because the moving truck parked outside on driveway”. The very same response also provided to my Conveyancer on the settlement day when she asks the same question, no photo or any details provide to us even after many follow up email and phone calls. My Conveyancer told me this is the most Unbelievable Response she ever received over many years conveyancing service. Without proper final inspection, we found out after settlement that range hood not working, a door is tilted not able to close and kitchen wall had few dints. (I understood it is not easy to move out entire house within 1-2 days). Here is our five cents information; at least settlement went fine at the end, just a piece of unforgiveable experience we can tell our kids when they grow up.

Fantastic experience: I've had dealings with Jazz and Lovejit over the last few months to help with their property management division and have found them to be incredibly passionate about providing the very best service they can to their clients.

Negative experience: Rude condescending and dodgy. Enquired about a property he listed for 1.5 million, trying to negotiate a price as per sale data & thus started an endless email exchange of condescending insults and put downs. Told him not interested in any of his properties & thought that will be the end of it. The emails resume the next day, but lo behold he dropped the price in the same property to 1.1 - 1.2 million. That is more than 20% drop overnight while he declined to negotiate with me. If I was him, I would either not tell a customer off or if that was my sale tactics, hold another few days before dropping the price that much. He failed the seller and failed the buyer by what he did - he lost a sale and earned a bad review and a complaint to his governing body. The guy needs a trophy for that. He sits there at 11pm berating that I’m not even a genuine buyer while he boasts he is a busy man!! Get some basic lessons on selling and manners mate. If I was a seller, I would never hire a guy who doesn’t know where he stands - unwilling to negotiate a price on Sunday while dropping the price more than 20% on Monday morning. He says I’m not even a genuine buyer & this w I showed him my pre approval & he is still going on having a go at me like a street junkie. Wow, just wearing a suit doesn’t make you a gentleman mate, or does it? Will be forwarding his emails to the real estate governing body & won’t touch his properties with a 10 feet pole. You can’t teach finesse to a shallow person, can you now?

Fantastic experience: Jazz managed our house sale few months back. We had some stressful and bad experiences in the past with another realestate but Jazz made the totally different process. We have been very pleased with either the marketing outcome and the agents attitude. Jazz genuinely took care of us. Our house was presented well- jazz is very creative with advertising strategies. We achieved great results thanks to Jazz’s skilled negotiation.

Negative experience: If I could give a 0 I would. Agent sets Appointment for 10am to 10.15am Sunday morning, 6 Applicants turned up and No show from agent representative. Rep whose phone number was on the Advertising Board Would not take or even return calls. They instead Left 6 families stranded with no calls, text messages or any form of communication as to why nobody from the agency turned up or was running late. VERY POOR customer service
