Unfortunately, I am one of the unlucky landlords and had an issue with the tenant but they never left me all throughout and even represented me in VCAT. Kudos to Nim, Quin, and Kamal!

Fantastic experience: All agents are real gems they always there to help you. Best thing they reply asap and that what we need as an tenant and try to resolve all the issues with possible solutions.

Negative experience: Whatever you do, do not rent your property through this real estate, they let anyone in and don't care if they ruin the house.

Fantastic experience: Got a home from good news real estate ,literally the best agency and the nice guys. Had no problem with the house or agents ,very happy with their service keep it up guys.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with the service Prince has given, particularly post sales. He provided me with false information regarding the property which I found out after I purchased the property. He is not willing to take any responsibility for his actions and will cost thousands to be rectified. I am very upset as this is the biggest purchase we will ever make and the property was only purchased based on the information provided by Prince

Negative experience: We have purchased a property from Prince at Good News Real Estate. First red flag was when asking if the home was solar powered he was unsure...despite the fact the property had 16 panels on the roof in clear view. After requesting him to confirm both verbally and via email regarding double glazing at the home, to which he confirmed both times and in writing. We have now discovered this was false. Prince has shifted the blame to the previous owners, then agreed he should of known this, then again stating the owners thought it was and finally blaming us for going from his own word and email confirmation. Has since completely washed his hands of this major error on his behalf. We will be pursuing legal action as he is continuing to pass the buck and not taking any responsibility for his error. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Prince has been a pleasure to deal with, selling your family home can be a time of mixed emotions. He made this process easy for us and we are so grateful for his expertise.

Fantastic experience: A great agent with down to earth attitude. A good listener and a good bargain hunter who works for seller more than a buyer. I really liked doing business with Gary. Very professional and punctual. Communications were very important between us and he never let it stopped. Then comes the feedback. What’s working for u and what’s not. He will tell u straight away. What he is from outside is the same inside. Not like many agents. He delivers what he promises and gets u the best results Trust me
