Fantastic experience: I’ve had such a great experience as a tenant thanks to Philippa. In 2023 i secured an apartment in Sydney from at home in Ireland without ever seeing it in person. As I wanted to be setup when I arrived in Australia I had to put all my trust in Pippa to provide all the details and provide video walk through of apartment. Once I applied Pippa had my back all the way and pushed for me and my partner to secure the apartment. Once I payed bond she offered to let us send our bedding etc to her work place and had it waiting for us when we landed in sydney. She even left us a gift. She’s been incredibly attentive, kind, and quick to help with anything I needed. I’ve just moved out of the apartment and I'm sorry to be leaving as I know i won’t get that support again.

Hand on heart, I can honestly say Pip is the best hands down, mainly due to her explicit attention to detail. She takes the time (1 to 2 hours) to do a thorough ingoing and outgoing inspection, to ensure we're protected as landlords. I couldn't recommend her more. Fantastic experience: Pippa is the bees knees. She has managed our house in Camperdown when we had it renovated in 2014 and when she left that managing company we followed her to her new business. She has been only fast, thorough and professional in looking after both us and the tenants (as well as the house). We are currently looking for a new tenant in another property and she has truly gone that extra mile to ensure everything is covered.... for which we now have a choice of 4-5 tenants who she is vetting at the moment. She is also a great and fun person - so it makes life easy and fun.

Fantastic experience: As a tenant I have nothing but praise for Phillippa. Our landlord switched property managers from a fairly big name real estate agency to Phillippa towards the end of our tenancy and the difference was staggering. The previous managers had been incredibly non-transparent and very unresponsive, with service requests or simple questions about tenant ledger discrepancies going unanswered for long periods, or simply ignored. When Phillippa took over she was incredibly professional but also very kind and reasonable. A big problem we had been left with by the previous property manager was a very poorly kept (and on several occasions, straight up inaccurate) rental ledger that we, in our naivety, had no idea how to interpret. Phillippa went through more than 2 years worth of transactions with a fine toothed comb and replied within a day, pointing out exactly where the discrepancies had come from and explaining to us in a clear and respectful way the next steps to take to fix them. She did in one day something that we had been trying for weeks, if not months, to get clarified by the previous agent. Our experiences with Phillippa have been so smooth, and no question or request was ever too hard. She took such a genuine interest in helping us and the landlord through a complicated time, and we are so grateful for her amazing work. Thanks Phillippa!

Pip has always gone above and beyond what is generally required in property management, someone whom you can entrust to do the right thing. Pip knew that i was left in a precarious position when the tenant broke the lease without giving any notice. Pip looked after everything from marketing, to Opens and Inspections at any time of day/evening that a potential tenant was available, even going back and forth more than once a day as well as all the necessary paperwork and liaising with interested parties. In a difficult renter's market we finally found the right tenant and Pip processed everything expeditiously and with professionalism. Couldn't recommend Pip enough, you won't either!
