Fantastic experience: Where do I start? Kim was a God-send! My Husband and I had been looking solidly for over 3 months and were getting nowhere! I always wanted to engage a Buyer’s Agent but thought it would be too expensive & that we could do it on our own. Fantastic experience: The thing to realise about buying a house is that it is a field that requires deep expertise. You have to have the skill in finding a property, knowing what it's worth, understanding how it rates against other, similar properties in the area, knowing what developments are planned, negotiating prices and arranging for the cohort of professions you might need throughout and beyond your purchase. In my case, I had none of these skills and no time to develop them. Retaining Kim meant that I didn't have to and now have a property I couldn't have imagined being able to afford and hope to live in for a long time. Kim had every opportunity to make her money and move on and I would have called it a great experience, but she proved her integrity and thoroughness at every step of the way and stayed with us far beyond any reasonable expectation of service.
