Fantastic experience: I was introduced to Anthy many years ago by a mutual friend and ever since then I have had Anthy and her team look after properties. Anthy began management of my properties after another nightmare realtor put tenants in that damaged my properties and remained tenanting without renewing leases. Immediately, Anthy took control released difficult tenants and all our properties have always had leases updated and in place. Since engaging Anthy’s Services I have always had reputable tenants and my properties have been well maintained and managed. If our properties are on the market to re-let, it’s not long before Anthy finds a suitable tenant at market values. Not only is Anthy an amazing realtor she has become a friend. If you’re looking for someone who will look after your properties professionally and with personal concern (as if the properties are their own) then you don’t need look further. Communication has always been transparent and readily available. I have never looked back and all my family members are extremely happy with Anthy’s management of our properties.

Negative experience: Went for inspection of a rental unit in Guildford today, the agent was on a video call to someone she knew and was showing the unit the entire time and not even had time to talk to other people, it was very obvious that she was renting out to her friend and the inspection was just for formality. I applied for the property as soon as I got home, but got declined within minutes? I am sure she hasn't reviewed any applications except her friend's that she was on the phone with. Such a waste of time for people not going to work to inspect a property which has already been promised for a friend. I think it should be illegal to make such decisions and not forwarding the applications to the owner to decide, no fair go.

I've had my fair share of agents who have tried ripping my bond off, neglectful and downright rude but Anthy has been very responsive and understanding to me in my time of need during COVID-19 lockdowns and is beyond professional. I've never had such a friendly real estate agent before who I knew was always looking out for my best interest as a tenant and I would highly recommend for anyone looking in the innerwest to enquire about her rentals and properties over any other real estate agency around. Fantastic experience: I was a tenant for less than two years in one of apartments that Viridity Real Estate is managing. From very beginning of my contract to the end of tenancy, I didn't face any issues. I need to move out few weeks before end of my tenancy period. Anthy Paradisis helped a lot so we could manage terminating our contract few weeks earlier with minimum break fee. Honest real estate agent is not what you can find easily. Viridity is totally suggested.

Fantastic experience: As far as rental agencies and agents go, I've had a very (rare) good experience with Viridity. Lease and condition report process was all electronic and easy, we had a reasonable amount of inspections, and the one repair request we made in 18 months was carried out quickly. I really liked the relaxed approach as that suits me just fine. Sad to have to go to another agency!

As a tenant sometimes you can feel neglected by property managers as the landlords are their customers, this was not the case with viridity RE. Anthy and her professional team, including highly skilled photographers, ensured the best possible advertising campaign. They were also spot on with their assessment of the apartment’s rental value and punctual and attentive for all organised visits and openings. Now the property is rented, I can relax and do not have to worry about chasing things up as they are very organised.
