Negative experience: Ignore the fake reviews. They do not care about the residents, they're very dismissive of your problems, don't respect your schedule. They Ignore your phone calls and emails unless it concerns money, while my AC remains broken. You end up paying so much money for no service and disrespect.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with our experience renting through this agency. We’ve had to deal with multiple unresolved issues since moving in – including a broken dryer and washing machine, no heater in the middle of winter, and electrical problems. It’s been over three weeks, and despite daily follow-ups, these essential problems still haven’t been fixed. We’ve paid our rent in full, expecting working amenities as advertised. Instead, we’ve had to handwash clothes in cold weather and live in a freezing house with limited lighting. The response from the agency has been slow and dismissive, and our request for a fair rent reduction was declined. They also demanded 6 weeks’ payment upfront, which included a bond that is not managed transparently. It feels like tenant concerns are ignored once they receive the money. I do not recommend renting through this agency. Save yourself the stress. Alessia Geha Extremely disappointing experience. Alessia consistently downplayed serious maintenance issues, including a broken dryer and heater during winter. Despite repeated follow-ups, responses lacked urgency and accountability. Her communication felt dismissive, and essential repairs were delayed for weeks. As a tenant, I felt neglected and unheard. ⸻ Susan Susan gave multiple assurances that she was liaising with the owner about our concerns, but there was no follow-through. Important matters like rent adjustment and unresolved maintenance were ignored. Communication was vague, and we were left waiting without updates or clear timelines. Very unprofessional. ⸻ Chelsea Chelsea misrepresented the property during the leasing process, claiming everything was fully functional and included. After moving in, we found several facilities were broken, and urgent repairs were delayed. She pressured us to pay the full amount upfront but failed to ensure the property met basic living standards. Felt completely misled. ———- Lisa Zhang (Senior Property Manager) Lisa does not know how to perform her duties properly. Communication was poor and often difficult to understand. She provided incorrect information about the bond process, did not follow up, and ignored multiple weekly emails. Instead of helping resolve the issue, she created confusion and frustration. A Senior Property Manager should be knowledgeable, responsible, and reliable. Unfortunately, she did not demonstrate any of these qualities. ⸻ Duong Dang (Property Manager) I repeatedly asked Duong to replace the broken shower head. He said he would check it during the inspection, but after the inspection he still asked me the next morning what was wrong with it. He admitted he did not turn the water on because he “did not want to get wet.” This shows a complete lack of professionalism and effort. A property manager should inspect, test, and confirm issues properly. Instead, he avoided checking the problem and expected me to explain everything again.

Negative experience: When moving into your new apartment in Sydney feels like a dream, and you’re excited to settle in and enjoy your new home in the city, it’s important to remember that things can quickly turn into a nightmare. Unfortunately, in our experience, Mint Residential was a poor choice. The agents’ approach, lack of professionalism, and general disinterest in the properties they manage left much to be desired. We would highly advise against using their services. And, if you have to, our recommendation is to thoroughly inspect any property you are considering, paying attention to even the smallest details, including moving furniture if necessary, to avoid unpleasant surprises once it’s too late. The property was presented as professionally cleaned, but the high number of dead and alive cockroaches, along with other disgusting things we noticed once we moved in, clearly shows that someone is not performing their job professionally. We personally ended up losing a lot of money, and the agent never showed any mercy or empathy. Luckily, after contacting the NSW Fair Trading Council, we at least gained some understanding of our rights in this unpleasant situation.

Although they were busy managing many other properties, they were very prompt in their responses, pretty much within the same day when I notified them of any issue. I felt very lucky to have them as our property manager as I'd heard of many negative stories about some property managers out there. 4 weeks before our lease expired, they were kind enough to send me a guide on what to do to get my full bond. I followed their instructions carefully (including engaging a bond cleaning provider that they recommended) and received my full bond back. They always went extra mile to help me out with anything I needed during my 2 year stay. It was a real pleasure working with them. I look forward to working with them again soon. Negative experience: Chad Farrow is the worst people I’ve ever met. Please never do anything with this company and especially with him. He’s incredibly rude and unprofessional. Be careful. I would say Nicole was the best but she left the company.

Negative experience: Chad is a very bad guy. Despite deep cleaning and proper handover of keys and property he is blocking my security deposit and making false statements to steal my money. Deducting money 250 aud for no reason. Never trust these guys.

Negative experience: The tenancy service was incredibly disappointing. I had a great agent, Nicole who has sadly left the company. Chad took over, not only was he intimidating and continuously arguing which in my opinion is not professional, he was incredibly rude. Avoid this agency if you can, management is poor

Negative experience: This real estate company is terribly mismanaged. Unprofessional team members and ludicrously unorganised. The gap in people skill is evident, especially their attitude towards customers. Property managers who we had to deal with in their organisation are extremely devious. Never in my 6 yrs of renting have I ever encountered this type of treatment from past experiences. I strongly suggest to avoid making business with them.

Negative experience: They are very terrible. They always make mistake in sending documents which causes confusion and they don't own up to it. Very bad communication. They are trying to take my whole bond because apparently the apartment was left in "extremely poor condition" when it was cleaned prior to leaving. Nothing was broken in the apartment so i don't know why they are taking my whole bond. Horrible

Negative experience: Tried to view a studio, got told was 12pm tried to call to confirm, sent a message also, very unprofessional, unhelpful, don't reply to messages or try to return phone calls. Worst service for rentals, would not recommend trusting them or giving them your time or effort.

Negative experience: So poor quality of service. I tried to enquire about something, but he only said "I don't understand what you are talking about", so I explained again. However, he was too quiet , so I felt weired and checked my phone. HE JUST HANG UP THE PHONE while I was explaining!!!!!!!!! SO RUDE!!!! I called back and tried to explain the situation but never listened, and just cut off when I was explaining, and yelled at me. I have never seen this kind of unprofessional real estate. WOW.

Negative experience: Not recommend to anyone they not do anything on time I have to call to get the bond back took me over one month they ignored with all the issues, very hard to contact them as well

Negative experience: Don’t recommend! Unhelpful and unprofessional staff. They usually ignore tenants phone calls and never call back! We made a decision to finish the contract because they never show the willingness to service their tenants.
