Negative experience: Guy called luke says there is a viewing at 12. We turn up for the viewing after travelling for over an hour. Nobody turns up. I email when we get back home. He then replies it was cancelled the night before but he didn't email or let us know that. Joke of a company and terrible agent.

Negative experience: Avoid at all cost. Zero sympathy toward the tenant. At the end of the lease, they'll take every opportunity to make up claims against your bond. I recently defended my bond at NCAT where their nearly thousand dollar bond claim was settled for 50 bucks. What a joke.

Negative experience: I literally can’t get in contact with them regarding a change in bank details, got turned away in person from Rosebery, called and left a voicemail got no call back, emailed and even texted the property manager. Now I’m leaving a review in the hopes I get a response because I’m not getting my rent payments. For other agencies, all I had to do was press a button on a website and I instantly got called, why can’t you do the same?

Negative experience: My partner and I recently have had the immense displeasure of buying an apartment off Chris S from the Agency, Rosebery. We were first home buyers and Chris took this as an opportunity to lie, deceive and mislead us to ensure the sale proceeded and he got his commission. We ended up massively out of pocket due to his ongoing deceit and only got to move into the apartment months after when Chris had ‘guaranteed’. At every step of the process, Chris twisted the truth and withheld crucial information that would have provided us with an understanding of what was going on. As we approached settlement, all of Chris’ actions became evident. The only option to try and resolve the issue was to make a submission to NCAT, which outlined in detail the lies and deceit we had encountered. Only after seeing the submission did he decide to 'help' us. The eventual solution still required us being thousands of dollars out of pocket and months delayed moving in. Upon chatting with one of the parties affected by the sale, we compared what Chris has been telling us and it became clear he was lying to us both, simply telling us what we wanted to hear. Chris has caused me and my partner immense financial and emotional stress during a time that should have been very exciting. As a seller, you might be thinking "Chris sounds great, I want a real estate agent that can get a sale across the line at all costs". My message to you is that I think Chris is incapable of telling the truth and acting with integrity, and there's no doubt in my mind he would lie and deceive you too just to get his commission. PS Even once we finally got to move in months after planned, and minus the thousands of dollars we lost, we didn't even get a single acknowledgement from Chris or the Agency, or anything to say congrats on buying our first property. Steer clear of Chris and the Agency Rosebery.

Fantastic experience: It was definitely the best decision I've made this year to have Chris and Krissie sell our investment property at Rosebery. Before the property goes alive on the market, all the necessary repair and maintenance were taken care of by Krissie- we didn't travel to Rosebery even once for those matter. All the communications were smooth, both Krissie and Chris were always responsive. And most importantly we are super satisfied to the final selling result. I had few other agents in the past, I want to say George is the best guy on communication, making me feel comfortable when approach to him. The property ceiling had a storm damaged this year. George follows up the issue very efficiently I reported the issue in the morning and he came out with a solution for me in the afternoon. A few parties involved to the repair work, George regularly updated me the progress and provided alternative plans for me. We had met Chris & Krissie at various house inspections over the last few years & were impressed with the way they spent time with not only us, but all interested parties. Their follow up was always genuine and honest and as a potential buyer, we never felt hounded, that’s what we really liked about the way they operate. In 2018 we decided to sell our Californian bungalow in Rosebery and knew we wanted both Chris & Krissie on board. Although we decided to sell during probably one of the most difficult “real estate lows” , with properties remaining on the market for a longer period & buyers less willing to commit, we were really impressed with Chris & Krissie’s positive attitude & their continued enthusiasm. They stuck with us & thanks to their determination finally obtained a mutually agreeable outcome. We really felt they were in it for the long-run and at no time did we feel neglected or put aside while they dealt with their new listings. The marketing & fees were transparent, and extremely professionally packaged. We loved the video feed that accompanied our web advertising. In June 2021, we decided to sell an investment apartment in Botany. Thankfully during a much more frantic booming market, even with COVID lockdowns. We had at this stage relocated to a regional area & can’t tell you how thankful & appreciative we were to have Chris & Krissie take control. And I do mean take control! We left the keys with them & before we knew it, they’d provided a very competitive marketing campaign & sales contract. They had cleaners come in, organised an incredible “ home stylist” to showcase our apartment & had it listed for sale right as Greater Sydney lockdowns commenced.
