Negative experience: Stay away from them if you are trying to sell your home. Absolutely the worst kind of real estate agents.

Negative experience: This agency should be ashamed of how openly and quietly it discriminates against applicants. There is absolutely no fair assessment process here. Applications are clearly judged not on rental history or responsibility, but on whether you are a student, your name, your background, your nationality, and your perceived “class.” If you are a student, an international applicant, or simply don’t fit their preferred profile, your application is dismissed without genuine consideration. They make people wait for weeks, give generic rejection responses, and hide behind vague excuses like “stronger applicants,” when the reality is biased and selective screening. This is not professionalism — it’s systemic discrimination. Everyone deserves an equal chance, especially in a housing market that is already stressful and unfair. Instead of being honest about who they won’t consider, this agency wastes people’s time, energy, and hope. If you value transparency, fairness, and basic human respect, think twice before dealing with this agency. Housing is a necessity, not a privilege reserved for a chosen few.

Fantastic experience: A͏n excellent, hard working, quietly spoken agent. Harvey͏ was one of 5 real estate agents we contacted to sell our property. By far he was the most realistic in regards to expectations and he freely proposed a couple of plans on how to market the property. His quiet demeanour immediately resonated with us. We chose the renovate before selling option and despite the fact that we only had a gentleman's agreement to sell the property with him he continued with his advice and help throughout the following 6 months. When the property was finally ready we saw him in action. Paperwork, property description, photography, bill board, video were all ready for our approval in days. Changes we requested were immediately made, the property was on the market in under a week. He believed the property was excellent and because of it he brought on Steven to help with the marketing and open days to do it justice. After 8 scheduled and 2 private viewing we had the auction. On auction day he brought half his office team out to help the bidders, Harvey liaised with a couple of bidders personally and did some impressive running around to keep everyone informed. In the end we achieved an excellent result in a softening market. I can't recommend Harvey more. Thank you Harvey, we'll be back.

Negative experience: The real estate agents here are unprofessional, unhelpful, patronising and ultimately disrespectful. While I was preparing to leave my tenancy the landlord started renovations before the final condition report was issued and then requested I return to clean various kitchen cupboards, and to pay for a gardener to remow the lawn (which I had already mowed recently). I returned to discover debris strewn throughout the house and lawn by the landlord, and was somehow supposed to 'reclean' the kitchen cupboards despite it not being the condition in which I had left it. Everything was covered in plaster and dust, and a microwave had been installed since it appeared the landlord was now actively using the kitchen. Despite this Suzy Ngo tried to negotiate with me to clean it anyway, and to pay for a gardener that the landlord had personally requested, despite the situation being now illegal. Eventually after I complained they settled on dropping the cleaning request, and allowing me to hire my own gardener to remow the lawns at a fraction of the price they had quoted. Additionally I was required to spend nearly $100 on steam cleaning to leave my tenancy despite the fact the landlord ended up removing the carpet in the renovations. This was just poor management on the agency's behalf. The effort, money and time that I had invested in that property was treated with complete disrespect, and I was taken advantage of. I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone. Just seeing their passive aggressive responses to poor reviews already posted here should be enough of a redflag.

Fantastic experience: Beyond Satisfied Harvey and co. helped way beyond their actual descriptions, discussing your best choise but still giving you the autonomy to decide your outcome. Harvey was very patient when it came to my elgal paperwork and also contacted me if there was anything he can do to help in the mean time. Due to COVID, it must've been very hard for Harcourts Noble Park but they were all happy and cheery to assist in anyway they can. They also help hire outsource work to keep up maintenance as well. Thank you very much for all the trouble my house has caused and it was a pleasure working with you!

And you get email notifications first thing in the next morning.!!! If they ower you any money them(fixings etc) they forget easily... This is untrustworthy , not reliable estate agent !I! The house that I lived in Springvale had already damaged things in it when I moved in. Now Harcourts Noble Park is charging me for things that I am not responsible for. I am forced to go legally now.

Fantastic experience: We have just recently rented our Officer property through Samantha and we have been more than impressed with her service. She met us immediately to give us a rental appraisal. She was so enthusiastic and positive that we signed up with her on the spot. She organised photos of our property within 24hours and then had an open house organised for the following day. She found us the perfect tenant for our property and she had the tenant moved into the home under 7 days. Samantha kept us updated throughout the entire process. Negative experience: One of the worst property managers I have ever encountered. Not only is Harvey and Kim Vu unprofessional, they are also clueless with regards to their roles and responsibilities. One would hope that having a real estate agent action on behalf of property owners that it would be a convenient and positive experience but these two individuals are simply grossly incompetent at their jobs. They are unable to rectify problems effectively, nor are they able to communicate between landlords and tenants in an efficient and fair manner. On top of that they like to brush things aside as quickly as they can. The only plus side to these agents is the fact that they are multi-lingual, but in terms of management potential and the ability to exert professionalism and thus dependability - there is a shocking amount of incompetence glaringly obvious when engaging with them. I have spent a significant of my time doing their work for them and also highlighting legal research on their behalf as they are quite ill-informed individuals. Quick fixes and brushing aside your clients' concerns demonstrate how lazy you are at your job. If you are looking for a dependable, professional and knowledgeable real estate agent - please be advised that you should look elsewhere. I cannot recommend these two individuals as property managers/real estate agents at all. Update on response: It takes me leaving a review on your page for you to take action. Had I not stepped in and corrected your gross incompetence, you would have left my mother out of pocket and blamed the issue on manufacturing default when two independent experts had said the issue was not accidental. The only reason she would ever thank you is because you apologised for being terrible at your job and because my mother is a polite person who evidently got pushed around by you. Don’t think for a second that people will gloss over your incompetence. You have a job where trust and responsibility is integral to your work - please take it seriously because when you don’t, you cause unnecessary distress in people’s lives.

The property manager Kim and agent Beth are good for nothing! Seriously. It’s been more than two months they didn’t take any action of our complaints. I wish I could go back to my previous house. Negative experience: Kim is a very rude lady. She organised for me to meet owners of property. I waited at real estate for 40 mins for her then she messaged me "Owner don't come". Then proceeded to telling me the owner went on a holiday. Unprofessional. Sam was the agent who showed us the property and she was amazing, Samantha needs to move to a more reputable agency where her skills are noticed.
