When repair works need to be done, they would provide multiple competitive quotes from tradesmen / suppliers. They understand the local market and advise us with the changing rules and regulations for compliance. Each year they provide a suggested reasonable rental increases in line with current market rate. The current Property Manager, Monique Davis is friendly and responsive. She handles all our queries promptly and effectively.

Fantastic experience: We knew about roger Davis in 2022 when I and my husband were looking for a house to rent. After putting the application we were considered and given a lease. We should admit, the team was very professional, the house we rented was old and had a number of problems, but each time we reported something we hardly waited for a day without any response which was excellent, and there was always a follow-up. If there were any changes we were always notified in advance, which gave us enough time to prepare. We had a very neat garden which they maintained, they did not just give promises but they fulfilled them which was fantastic. We had no single problem with the team, we are leaving the property because the owner wants to sell, but if Rodger Davis has something suitable for us we are not going anywhere, we will continue to lease with them. Fantastic experience: In our almost 4 years stay in the property managed by Roger Davis, they ahve been very nice and very quick in actioning all of our concerns. The thing I like the most is that they lived up to the meaning of property management as they take every issue very seriosly and responds very quickly. They ahve been very professional in all of our interactions and the moving out process was so smooth. Kudos to Natalie Wierda as she was the one who have handled most of our concerns and personally handled our moving out process. Weve heard horror stories about moving out and how there will be tons of issues that would come up that would prevent you from getting your bond but none of it has happened due to her professionalism. And she was so nice that she even called me up, a month after moving because I accidentally transferred money to their company's account! have she not called, I wouldnt have know (now lets add honesty and integrity there!) :) Thank you Roger Davis for not making our first rental situation not as horrifying as others have told.

Negative experience: I submitted a rental application on Wednesday (14th) and called on Friday (16th) to confirm I had sent to the correct email address, I got told that they had received it on Wednesday however it was in the deleted section and was never forwarded for some strange reason and that she will now forward it to the property manager, I personally think that’s so unprofessional and rude to have your application basically in the bin without any reason or communication!? I literally had to call to find out, imagine had I of not called, would I ever find out? Basically never even got a chance with this rental because someone decided we didn’t deserve one apparently!?,my partner called the Friday aswell and got told the property manager will follow up with us, it is now the 22nd and not only have we not had any communication, it’s now completely deleted everywhere and no call nothing! Not even an email…. I’m super disappointed and disgusted with this real estates lack of professionalism and communication and will be warning others

When the tenant left after their lease finished, Vicki Zhang went above and beyond to help us find a new tenant despite it being a tougher time of year for renting. We received weekly update on view online, inspections and number of enquirers. I never once had to follow up with Vicki. Also even though Vicki was overseas at one point when we were advertising the property for rent, i still got calls from her to update me on the progress and to re-assure me we will find a tenant. I cannot recommend Vicki Zhang from Roger Davis Highly enough to be your rental agent.

Positive experience: The realestate wasn’t to bad nice people and very helpful. The landlord we had was terrible and the house was worse. 65 Academy Avenue! All original dacor everything from dripping taps to running toilet. Dishwasher not cleaning properly to a gas heater that was not checked for carbon leaking. I moved in when I was 7 months pregnant, on leaving we were blamed for things we did not do like broken fly screens. They are so bent we did not open the windows. My water bill went up 50%. We were yelled at by the landlord and it just rounded my whole time I was there being the house my baby came home to after she was born.The landlord wanted to take some of the bond money for things that were old and broken. Blinds went missing from the shed they were broken too. I hope the next people who rents the place have a better outcome.

Negative experience: Sorry I can't put ziro stars. I will never recommend this agency to anybody. Please stay a way from those people. It was very stressful dealing with this agency especially Kyla Davis the business owner. It is the roodest person I ever met. She was very, very shifty, calculative and can not be trusted at all. She was advertising wrong unit number on a advertising bord for almost a week despite I worned her to fix the mestake just one a day after she put the penal on front of the street. It was so humiliating and emberesing. There was not sorry or any regret for the mestake from Kyla Davis, probably her lack of culture, upbringing or education.? She bag the property all the way just to sell for any prize . There was no one person interested for property on auction day. But there was one person and only one for couple weeks after. Since I was selling the property for deceased person she took advantage of it and went so far by collaborating/ consparing with my layer Mr Shoulcsinger from Harry Singer Firm who happened to be her very good friend (what I didn't know at that time) to put pressure on me to sign the house for bargen to this person. He stared calling me and humiliating me while she was sitting in his office. He even wrote me letter telling me that I must listen to experts advise Kyla Davis ha he. I found this very rood and unprofessional from both of them. I never could beleaive this can happened in country like Australia.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to the team at Roger Davis. I was not able to get a leasing agent in GW to come out to show a property that met our criteria outside of the automated book a viewing time. Vicky was the only agent in Glen Waverley who responded quickly making herself available to show us a place during normal business hours. We viewed it, we applied and had it secured same day. All paperwork sent to us by Lisa before 5:00PM ready to wrap it up. Happy Landlord! No loss of rental income. As a relocation consultant our clients don't have a lot of time to secure a place, we move quickly to match clients criteria bringing the best tenants to agents across Melbourne, our clients are looking for fixed term leases, they have strong references and secure full time income, some have the option to by a home in the area after a couple of years. Thank you for being human and not a machine. I look forward to using Roger Davis again for my next client moving to the area.

Negative experience: I would never ever recommend Roger Davis Real Estate to anybody. The only reason i gave a star was so i can leave a review if i could remove it i most definately would. I'm just WARNING everyone PLEASE DONT EVER consider this agency for anything to do with buying, selling or renting as they are extremely unprofessional, incompetent, rude, obnoxious and abusive. I have just received a response by Roger Davis and I'll tell you something when I write or say something it's not dishonest or slandering in actual fact its 100 % correct and truthful unlike this particular company.
