Later when our little boy was born and we needed a bigger place, the team again supported us by helping moving into a townhouse at Seascape Street Clayton. Throughout of 7 years of our tenancy journey they were always supportive,responsive and professional. Negative experience: Unprofessional people. They deducted 5 dollars extra for my rent, when I went to advise that is the case an old Greek guy started screaming at me thinking I paid 5 dollars less. Lady at the reception explain what has happened and without apologising he went in to one of the office rooms. Never buy or rent from these people as they have no respect for people.

Fantastic experience: Hi All, I would personally like to request you all, please if you want a property rented without any problems, you have reached the right property agents. We have rented a property from here, never had any issues. All of our requests were responded and looked after in a very professional manner. Moreover, if there was any work required it was done the next hour or with in a decent time line. Denny, you are the man, mate!. I must say, Denny was always there in all thick and thin, he has been very helpful and supportive through out our stay. We did not have any problem from filling the application till leaving the property. Legend! When I will be back to Victoria, I will surely rent/buy a property availing your kind services. Fantastic experience: We finally got our bond back, Negative experience with the property owner as we had end our lease with a better house condition but owner claim we broke the cooking stove and expect the house polish clean. To cut matter short, Mr Chris Zervas is always there for us even though he has been full on busy with other task. Me and partner will always liase with Chris directly instead of calling their main office for better follow up on our rental issue. Nevertheless, fully recommended leasing agent! Negative experience: Sorry I had to give 1 star but should be minus stars We paid a professional photographer to take pictures of our home we were selling at 10 craig st blackburn south 4 days after settlement the new owner assigned Darras & Zervas to rent the house And we noticed they used our professional photos instead of taking there own photos to promote the rental of the house A low act as they never asked for permission and is not allowed in real estate game Keep away from this real estate stick with the professional real estate that will give you respect and stick to the laws I will be seeking advice from our lawyer on this matter

Fantastic experience: It was really easy to rent a property with them. We sent an application and they informed us in 3-4 days that we got the house. Also Chris is really customer service orientated and approachable so talking to him regarding the house and asking questions no matter how dumb they were wasn't like something to be ashamed of. Also when completing all the various procedures for the house, they made it seem really easy. Renting a house could never be made simpler I swear.

They act for generations of vendor and landlord families, so they build relationships. Truly they are one of the rare few agencies that will have your interests, not their bottom line, as their goal.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible real estate agents. Do not ever rent with them! Our apartment had a broken toilet and numerous other problems, they flat out refused to fix them for us despite promising to do so when we signed the lease. We spent a year with a broken seat and despite asking for the promised maintenance service, they just blatantly ignored us. Extremely unresponsive, except when RENT is due! To them, we were just cash cows. You have been warned!

Negative experience: One of the boss Denny Darras does NOT know how to treat their clients. He lost the condition report, and I was the one who pay the bill. It took me half an hour to go their and gave them my tatent's copy. He said to me that his time was precious, and just sent me away. He is not a good a agent, and he is not a good person. H e really don't know how to respect others. Never respond to my enquiries and feedbacks. NIGHTMARE!!!

Negative experience: Never ever rent a house from this people. never hear or fix your complaints. the old guy in this agency used to tease us and give stupid back answers when ask for a help. once you sign the contract they wont care you.
