Fantastic experience: I rented a house in Merrylands through Morning Property. Sofia and Joelle are the best people you can go to for finding a property in the western suburbs. The house that I inspected and finally rented was so reasonable, but still a luxury. All the communications were crisp and clear with my agents. No hidden charges. No arguments. For sure, they are the best people in business in Western suburbs at the moment. I would highly recommend the agency to anyone who’s looking for a reasonable apartment/house/unit, but does not want to compromise on living standards.
Fantastic experience: Very responsive and very professional

Fantastic experience: Morning Property Realestate has best agents and is the best realestate agency in Merrylands. I sold several properties with them and I always received first class service. Highly recommended.
Negative experience: Very rude landlord and real state agent. Every 3-4 months they will ring you for house inspection.Just treating tenants like CASH COW. Took months to fixed problems inside house. No tenants can talk back to them because they will talk about going tribunal. They’ll mentally torture you as they are used to this.I personally had horrible experiences with them and really wanted to leave reviews. I don’t know what threat I’ll receive after posting this review.
Thank you for your feedback, please note that you rented a near new property and we do initial inspection and if we do find the tenant not tidy and might be a hazard to the property we tend to run more inspections to manage tenant and property better. Of course we refer to tribunal when the tenant is at fault. So as a suggestion, moving forward make sure you clean and fix the property when an agent runs an inspection so you don't put yourself in this situation again. We don't threaten our clients, we work together to have both owners and tenants living comfortably and meeting their obligations.
