Fantastic experience: Dennis & Team at CPG South West (Bankstown) were professional and courteous in dealing with the negative review (see below) I had mistakenly posted about CPG Southern (Ramsgate) because the two branches share the same website: “We were forced to relocate our 16-year business at 234 Crown Street Darlinghurst 2010 in March 2025 due to ongoing leaks for the entire duration of our tenancy. Despite reporting the leaks (with photos and videos) and requesting repairs on multiple occasions, agent Peter Piperitis (Ramsgate) simply denied the leaks and took no action to address the tenants' concerns.”

Negative experience: I would not recommend this group! Aaron was unresponsive and lacked accountability. I had to call, follow up and chase multiple times with no response or even acknowledgement. Overall a poor experience and I’m glad we didn’t pursue business with an unprofessional company.

Negative experience: David and Alex both very unprofessional agents, got no idea what they’re upto, doesn’t reveal the property address until the very end and then blames on customers for overlapping appointments. Cancelled my appointments at the last moment. Very rude too over the phone, needs a good lesson on customer support/sales or how to deal with potential clients. Would give 0 stars if was an option

Negative experience: Dennis Jabour the General Manager of Bankstown threatened me that if I write on social media about my experience, that he will file a law suit against me, well heres my review Dennis, I will not been bullied into submission. Gary Paul and Dennis Jabour are the worst realtors I have ever dealt with. Before signing with them,do yourself a favour do your homework, ask around talk to their clients, they have a few business parks in Bankstown and Condell Park, the Business park that I had a business was in Condell Park and I can tell you that none is happy there, Gary takes months to answers emails, phone calls, it honestly is not worth the trouble, they use nasty tactics to get their way , I've had cancer, and even battling cancer was easier to deal with, than this company!! Beware!!
