Negative experience: Disappointing experience with Patrick -A breach of Trust We had a disappointing experience with Patrick after initially trusting him during our search for a new home.We inspected a property last Saturday and submitted an offer via email shortly after.Patrick called us the following Monday ,and he said he would follow up with us in two days. However ,after five days with no communication ,we had to follow up ourselves .When we checked the property listing online,we discovered that the apartment was under offer-A surprise to us,as Patrick hadn’t mentioned any other interest or bids or even a negotiation.When we called him,he claimed he was unaware that another offer had been made and that the property was under offer. This lack of communication and transparency was incredibly frustrating,especially considering we had made an offer yet ready to negotiate and we’re waiting for a response.It felt like our time and trust were not respected,and it felt us questioning the PROFESSIONALISM and RELIABILITY we expected from Patrick and this Real Estate! We hope others have a better experience ,but for us ,it was deeply disappointing!

Important documents were lost, there was little to no follow-up on issues I raised, and I find out after I’ve moved out that they never received documents from 3 years ago. The whole process felt mismanaged and unprofessional. I would not recommend them based on how poorly things were handled from start to finish.

Negative experience: Legit worst one in the whole area. They do not have any courtesy for tenants, and will threaten you if you're busy to be available for inspection for example. That salesman just cares about trying to sell and does not have any manners or courtesy towards tenant. Horrible experience and will never go near this place. Please don't waste your precious dollars and time with these people.

Negative experience: This is the worst real estate agent I've ever seen. I let my house out here and I told them three months in advance that I was changing agents. They underpaid me by more than $1,000 in the last month, and when I repeatedly emailed them, they got no response. I would have called just to get back to me, but they didn't. I will be going to fair Training to complain about them!

I asked and contacted them for my old rental statement July 2018 that I have not received and the receptionist is very rude & said if i havent received it i should have asked long before not a year later, then i begged n asked to help she is super rude. been msging n email them since march but no respond then i called them in mei. The receptionist passed my msg to some operational person & he emailed me saying that he can retrived the data but takes times. then i said, to just email me what every last data he has, but he didnt reply. then i called the receptionist again, she is super rude again then, there is this 3rd person (i forget who) she emailed me and tell me to pay a fee tp retrive the data. then i replied her saying that i am dissapointed, till now again NO RESPOND! i had been with this agency for years, then i sold my property last year, they have been fine, till now I am v dissapointed!! the way they treated their customer n not customer is different!! dont go to this agency!!! seriously, they just dont give u respect!!!!!

Negative experience: Be careful of an Asian man named Charles who works at Homelink Realty in Lidcombe. He came to our apartment for a routine inspection today, which we never approved of or agreed to. My mum was the one who answered the door and he was so rude in the way he was talking to her and in his tone, constantly insisting that my mum was the one who called to arrange the inspection. He then insisted it must have been my sister. I called my sister to talk to him, and she confirmed that she never called Homelink and was not aware of someone coming for an inspection. He was also really rude in the way he talked to my sister on the phone, and even when my sister told him that he doesn't know any Lisa and that she never called, he INSISTED that she did. Finally he called someone at Homelink to confirm the address, and he in fact made a mistake and was supposed to inspect another unit. He NEVER apologised and was rude and angry throughout the ENTIRE interaction. I called him an idiot as he left because I was extremely angry at the way he was speaking to my mum, and how rude he was, and because he didn't even bother to apologize when he finally confirmed that he was clearly wrong. He just said "OK! OK!" and walked off. He came back shortly after and was banging on the glass part of our door. When we opened, he asked, "what did you say!?". Thankfully it never escalated to anything more and my mum told him it was his mistake. He is the one who came unannounced and knocked on the wrong unit, yet HE is the one who was rude, angry, and accusatory throughout the whole interaction. Also, it is ILLEGAL for a landlord or agent to show up unannounced. We did not feel safe at all in this person's presence and I honestly thought it would escalate to something more because he was angry right from the start. I want to make this complaint public just to put it on record. If something ever happens to me or my family or our safety is threatened by Charles or anyone else from Homelink in future, I want everyone and law enforcement to be aware of this complaint I've made. We don't feel safe knowing that he knows where we live, our personal details, and who knows what else. Be careful. Never answer the door if you're home alone and if someone comes unannounced, or you're not expecting someone. Who knows what would've happened if my mum was home alone. If anyone was in my position, with the way he was talking to and treating my mum, you would've been mad too. No manners whatsoever! The next time he shows up to our home unannounced, we will not hesitate to call the police.

Negative experience: Moved in over a month ago. Got on email and tenancy checklist that there is no mould or pests in the apartment. After moving in discovered that the apartment was full of spiders and mould in the air conditioning system. The exhaust above the stove did not work. The sinks were clogged. It's a disaster. To make things worse - 30 days and the realtor NOOR hasn't replied to my several emails. Yes on inspection the spiders had been cleaned out. Due to no electricity I couldn't check the rest. Taking this case to tribunal. 9 weeks rent free doesn't sound too bad right about now.

Negative experience: DON'T USE THEM: Unprofessional. Unethical. Dishonest. Similar to other reviews here, they are hopeless to deal with, terrible communicators. Attempted to increase the rent after approving my application and before signing. The original lease had the wrong name on it and showed their license as expired. Took over a month after moving out for them to lodge my bond refund (which they submitted with errors in my bank account details, and similar to other reviews here deducted an amount from the bond that was wrong). Not worth the headache, don’t bother.

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional and dishonest bunch of bandits. They will manipulate you and take advantage of your lack of knowledge and attempt to hijack 100% of your rental bond when you move out. Be warned.

Negative experience: Questionable business ethics, our block of units has a no unsolicited mail sign. They've decided to litter anyway and flood all our mailboxes with their flyers. Calls into question their business practices and if you'd want to trust them with your most valuable asset.

Negative experience: I'd give negative rating if there was an option. Bought an off the plan property from them. Poor notice given on final inspection, had to waste so much time trying to contact the builder through them for defects and they won't let us contact us the builder direct. Still there is a defect on the property and cannot see any commitment from them.

So after sending all the required documents and making an appointment to sign the contract, they decide to change the terms and conditions of the contract. Also, what they say is inconsistent, they've got problems with their own team communication. The boss here is an absolute spazz, just saying what she wants to say and not listening at all. I came in to sign the contract after the appointment, and these guys are completely unprepared and ask me to either wait till they reach the owner (who's in China) or to come again next time to sign the contract. No respect or credibility towards customers.
