Negative experience: This was a very disappointing experience. My husband and I took time off work and walked an hour to see the listing. When we arrived we found that it had already been leased. No message had been sent to us from the agents who had arranged a time to view with us. Unbelievable. In the rain. We will never use these people (cowboys) again.

Fantastic experience: Was the best experience I've had after selling three houses through well known real estates. If I ever sell again I would only deal with Local Expertz. Professional at all times. Ash and Jesse were always available.for any questions or information needed. There was minimal stress involved with selling. Negative experience: Stay away! It's difficult to find a trustworthy, honest, reliable and knowledgeable agent, so keep looking if that is what you need for your rental property. Terrible communication, unable to follow simple instructions and do not seem to care about your property or how they do their job. Not sure it's been any better for the tenants either. If I was as bad at my job as this lot, I wouldn't have one!!

Fantastic experience: I engaged Abbas to sell a block of land I had about a month ago. I had a lot of time pressure to sell and Abbas assured me he could get it done. Within 2 weeks of having the block he got it sold in a tough market. I was so grateful and almost couldn’t believe it. I couldn’t recommend working with Abbas more highly.
