Negative experience: Horrible experience dealing with this agency. Craig was not professional and very dishonest. I do not recommend them at all. He has stuffed us around multiple times when trying to buy a house.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. We lost money renting out our property with woodards. I highly recommend you look elsewhere. They also take no responsibility for their actions. If I could share emails I would. The arrogance of upper management.

Negative experience: Applied for a rental property, made numerous enquiries through the real estate app and by calling their office. Never received any replies but suddenly received an email from Woodward’s saying that I had been successful and congratulations on my new home. Didn’t receive a contract, called again only to find that they had sent this email out in error and that the property was given to someone else. Seriously poor customer service, no explanation given. Understand mistakes happen but we’ve now ended up turning down a different property based of your email. Save yourself the hassle people and look elsewhere.

Negative experience: Avoid Brad teal at all costs as a landlord. Care factor is zero. Communication is zero. Our renters ran an illegal business out of the property aswell as smoked in the property and Brad teal couldn't have cared less. Only person in that place that can hold their head up high and actually does their job properly is the inspection manager Laura. From Tanesha to Chrissie and leasing manager Laura, all are Useless. They tell you what you want to hear then don't act. Don't trust them with your property

Negative experience: Worst experience with a real estate. Would not recommend to anyone. Property manager Stephanie de jong was useless - lack of professionalism, communication and empathy as a person. We lived in a water damaged property for 2 months - bathroom ceiling caved in, wet mouldy carpets, water damaged floors and walls in the living room which we couldn't use for 2 months. The house was a health hazzard and Property manager Stephanie de jong did absolutely nothing to fix the problem even after countless phone calls, emails and office visits. Had no choice but to move out as it was a health concern. Absolute joke of a real estate and agent.

Fantastic experience: Absolute Awesome Realestate. They have gone above and beyond for me. I’ve always been over looked as I am a single mum. But not these guys ! I can’t Thank them enough for giving me a chance and trusting me. Special mention to Dina who is amazing. Very much an asset to the company. They have turned my life around. And we are loving where we live !

Negative experience: They don’t help or support the renters. They are biased towards landlords. Wouldn’t recommend them.

Negative experience: Disgusting company that rents houses that aren’t suitable for human life. For $550 a week this is what you get: Moldy walls, filthy unclean walls, dirty decrepit oven, kitchen draws full of dead things, crumbs and spiders. Garage doors with no locks and derailed. Sun room with strong chemical smells. Ducted heating doesn’t work. And this company ignores everything. They try and tell me that it’s not mold… you never sent a mold expert to investigate though? I requested a health inspector to be sent over but they just ignore you… I’m concerned about my family’s health and well being. Due to the mold and chemical smells throughout the property. EDIT After a successful VCAT hearing things might start to change now. Special thanks to Chrissie Vardon for being the biggest piece of trash, making life difficult for everyone when it doesn’t need to be. By the end of the year, you won’t have a job. You’ll be working at Maccas.

Fantastic experience: Laura Hunichen made my moving from Albury to Melbourne a great experience dealing with real estate agents. Very impressed with the quality of service I have received. Laura has gone above and beyond to make every part of the experience easy, from finding a rental, signing the lease and then moving into the property. Very professional, empathetic and welcoming. Negative experience: Very poor communication skills from the agency. We moved into the house and reported multiple issues that needed to be addressed, back and fourth with the agents multiple times with the issues never being fixed. Unannounced visits from the landlord himself who also was not able to fix issues with the house. Threatened to hold our bond after professional cleaners came in stating there was ‘fluff on the carpet’. Will not be renting with this company again.

Negative experience: Appalling service during our 12 month rental. Property handed over in completely unacceptable conditions and was then extremely difficult to have matters attended to, constant back and fourth email threads with no resolutions. Will not be returning or recommending this agency in the future
